We are servicing an oven that after an hour it turns off. We already replaced the tempeture sensor and it’s still doing the same thing, any idea what it could be?

Hello
See the service bulletin below, there is a very good possibility this is your issue. The bake burner and bake ignitor has been modified to assure consistent oven ignition and performance. Order and install Kit # 8190618 (new bake burner and bake ignitor to correct your problem. Matt Ace technician
