Can I turn my freezer to power 0 and leave the refrigerator part on in order to thaw out the frozen drain line and pan? Hopefully that way I don’t have to remove all the parts like in the video.

Kay, yes you can do that but you will need to open both doors for 24 hours so it can completely defrost the drain assembly. Matt Ace technician
