ok well if you can see that the tub has water in it when you’re getting and F21 error, then you just need to order and replace the drain pump because if the drain catch is clear, you need to order and replace the drain pump.

Yes it is worth fixing, you likely just need a new heating element. Here is a link to the new one and a video to replace it. Below is a link where you can find the part

It sounds to me like your bearing has gone bad. Unfortunately this can be a costly repair.

F9 E1 is a pump drive system error or long drain. If that is the only code, and the pump is good, then the problem is in the main control. Will it spin in diagnostics?
- AV Repair Help answered 7 years ago
ok if it did not reset the issue you will need to replace the electronic control board .
- AV Repair Help answered 7 years ago
If the clutch is spinning, then the issue is with the tub not being able to move (assuming the clutch is good). If the clutch is not spinning, the transmission is faulty.
- AV Repair Help answered 7 years ago
so then sadly all that leaves is your control board being the problem and needing to be replaced since the thermostats and the door switch all tested good.

If the oven has delayed ignition it just needs a new igniter.

This is not a quick fix the microwave problem is due to a bad door switch. There are three door switches on the interlock circuit and if any one of them goes bad the unit will not allow it to start. Most times when the switch goes bad it is typically the lower one that burns out or the upper one that burns out. When that happens the unit will not be allowed to start up and run. you would need to take that apart and check out all 3 switches on the interlock circuit.

Hello
When you are loosing the display during the cooking cycle and the power shuts down is it tripping a breaker ? Or does the display come back on itself. If it comes on by itself , I would replaced the display board. I would also try to catch it when the display goes out to check power to the display board to be sure. See manual links below. Ok so if no water is coming in, its either the float switch, control or the valve . You will to check for power at the valve first.

With my experience on this model, the problem is either in the main control, or the aqua sensor.

You probably overheated the microwave and it blew one of the cavity thermostats. They are usually on the top or side of the unit. If this is a built in, you would have to remove the microwave and take the outer cover off to find the thermostats. You would then have to test them to see which one has blown.

Unfortunately this is not an issue that can just be reset. No real troubleshooting is needed based on your symptoms I already know what is wrong. So unfortunately this is a well known problem for this particular refrigerator and you won’t see any signs of failure but the problem is the high voltage control board on the back of the refrigerator behind the 8″ x 8″ access panel. If you pull the refrigerator out, there is a panel on the back and if you remove it that board behind that panel needs to be replaced. The part is about $325 I’m sorry to say and below is a link to the part as well as instructions on how to program it.

So unfortunately this is a very common problem for your model and there is no way to fix this problem without replacing the high voltage control board on the back of your refrigerator. If you pull the refrigerator out and unplug the unit, you can see an access panel about half way up the back of the refrigerator. You need to remove this and replace the control board behind the panel. The part is all plug and play so if you’re handy, you can definitely replace it yourself.
