The smell is caused by the grease and food your oven is burning off. When possible, it is a good idea to create additional ventilation in the kitchen when cleaning your oven, perhaps by opening windows.

Error CL means that the dishwasher doesn’t think the door is shut properly. The latch has 2 switches built into it and if one of them isn’t reading properly, it will give a bad signal telling the dishwasher it doesn’t think the door is shut. You’ll need to order and replace the door latch to resolve the issue. Below is a link to the part you need to order for your model number. It’s about $25.

Unfortunately these LCD touchpads tend to freeze up and fail often. A direct replacement to your current microwave is PNM9216SKSS. It will have the same height and width as your last microwave.
I hope I have earned a 5 star rating. We are on the honor system here. Please remember to rate my service by selecting a star at the top or bottom of the screen before you leave today and reply back here letting me know with a rating of 1-5 stars (5 being the best). If you need anything else, just let me know.

So first, let me explain this error. Error “Er IF” means that your icemaker fan motor isn’t spinning properly. This fan motor is located behind the back wall inside the freezer in the upper left corner. Now normally just frost or ice build up has accumulated inside the fan housing causing this issue. You can generally just unplug the refrigerator for 24 hours and let everything thaw out and it will function normally afterwards,
For a more immediate solution, you would need to unplug the refrigerator, remove everything out of the freezer section including the drawer and icemaker (if you have one inside the freezer) and remove the back panel inside the freezer to expose the fan motor, then use a hair dryer to thaw the fan out quicker.

Hello
If the condenser fan motor is not running it will NOT make the evaporator freeze or build up frost. You could have a part of your defrost system causing this issue including :
1) Adaptive defrost control.
2) Evaporator thermistor
3) Defrost Heater

Hello
Yes you are correct. The F97 is a lower cooling fan issue, not running at all or running at slow speed. The DC supply voltage to the cooling fan boards can be checked on ERC at( CN300 Pin 1 White ) to (Pin 7 Black) The voltage should be +5 DC voltage. You can go to page #59 in the manual link below for more specific diagnostics. Matt Ace technician

The E24 error code of the Bosh dishwasher indicates a problem with water drainage system. As practice shows, there are a lot of reasons that can lead to the failure. It is possible to make an approximate list of the device’s breakage causes:
malfunctioning of sensors;
problems with the drain pump operation;
failures in the electronic control system;
usual clogging;
drain hoses bending, etc.
When the kitchen appliance demonstrates the E24 error code on the screen, it is often recommended to simply clean the system of the drain or straighten the hose. Unfortunately, sometimes it is not so easy.

On this particular GE refrigerator, the most common issue is that the water line inside the door freezes. Remove the kick panel below the refrigerator and freezer doors and look for the water line disconnect just behind the front panel near the freezer door hinge. Disconnect the water line and shut the door. Press the water dispenser and see if water comes out of the water line at the bottom where you’d disconnected the water line. If water comes out, you’ll need to just turn the refrigerator off and leave the door open for about 45 minutes and that will allow the door to heat up enough that when you connect the water line to the door again, it should start to dispense water again. Using a hair dryer to warm up the door is also very useful.

That is a blocked defrost drain line in the refrigerator you need to remove the items in the section. Once they are all out remove the back panel INSIDE the refrigerator to get at the evaporator and Defrost Drain pan under the evaporator. You will see it is all iced over. You need to melt all the ice and that will expose a DRAIN HOLE towards the middle of the drain pan under the evaporator. Clear that out with a steamer, hot water with a turkey baster or compressed air Make sure the drain is working by pouring a half cup of really hot water down it and it should drain nice and fast If so put the unit back together and it will be all fixed!

There are fuses in the unit you would need to check all the thermal and internal bus fuse as well to see if they are burned out. If they are all fine the main board would be bad due to the power surge/outage.

So first, turn the refrigerator a bit warmer so it doesn’t freeze again in the future. Cold air sinks and hot air rises so the bottom of the refrigerator is always a bit older than the top, but you don’t want it so cold that it’s freezing water. If the water line has frozen, you just need to remove the bottom drawers and use a hair dryer to thaw out the line until water can flow through through again to the icemaker. You may also need to thaw out the fill tube right behind the icemaker if that has frozen. You can pull the refrigerator forward and disconnect the water line going up to the icemaker down at the valve under the refrigerator so that you can blow through it to confirm it’s clear up to the icemaker.

Hello, the part number for the motor on this model is DC31-00055G. I have attached a repair video on the replacement of your motor . Disregard the part # of the motor in the video as it is different, however the repair is the same.

This error means that your ice pipe heater has failed. Try to just reset this error to start. Press and hold the POWER FREEZE and POWER COOL buttons together for 10 seconds and then allow the panel to reset and go through it’s diagnostics. If the error comes back it means that your fill tube heater for the icemaker has failed and needs to be replaced. This is the heater that stops the fill tube from freezing up when making ice.

Unfortunately, if the release button is compromised you may have to carefully break away from the unit. I did attach the user manual for you with the ice bin removal procedure on page 25, however you may be beyond the normal removal procedure if release mechanism is broken.

Hello, i have attached the service manual for the most similar model # resource we have. Could not find your exact model but this should be helpful.

First and foremost are you sure the unit is cooling properly? The ice maker thermostat cycles at 15 – 17 Degrees fahrenheit. The freezer temperature should maintain 0-10 degrees most of the time or the ice maker will not cycle. If you are not getting power to ice maker then you will want to check the door switch as well. Also, it may not be a power to the ice maker issue. Are you sure there is no power? It is very common for the ice maker supply fill tube to be frozen. Be sure to check and make sure fill tube is clear. Also, we have found that even though you have tested the solenoid on the valve and is may appear good that it doesn’t necessarily mean that it is working correctly. You can carefully apply the connector for the water dispenser solenoid to the ice maker solenoid and press the water dispenser paddle ( very briefly ) to see if water gets to the ice maker . If all of these steps do not find the answer then you may have an internal wiring issue.
