Hello
Have you checked for power into the inverter board at the compressor ? You should have 115 volts to the inlet power of the inverter when calling for cooling. If you do then OHM out you compressor terminals. You should have 6-7 OHM resistance even across all terminals. If you do not have it, the compressor is defective. If you have power in to the inverter and the compressor OHM readings are correct replace the inverter board. If you do not have power to the inverter go through the diagnostics link below to test the main board & ICC control board. Matt Ace technician

The usual reasons for this are low water in the tub during wash, drain hose siphoning, abrasions on the agitator vanes and failure to use warm water to allow the detergent to lift and suspend any errant lint. The condition is called “pilling”. Various detergents also can cause this…be sure they use liquid only, warm or hot wash cycles.

Hello
There no service pointers on this model. I would start with the igniter diagnostics. It is in section 4-8 in the technician diagnostic manual link below. Matt Ace technician

In reply to: not starting

The condensation sump area is probably full of water. Usually this is caused by wet, sludgy lint built up and clogging the condensate pump. Most of the time this area just needs to be cleaned out thoroughly.

Unfortunately it looks like that main pcb board is no longer available.

In reply to: "IF" ERROR CODE

The “IF” error code indicates that the refrigerator has detected a problem with the refrigerator’s ice maker fan. This can sometimes occur when frost or ice buildup occurs around the ice maker fan.

Hi. It sounds like one of the switches for the door lock assy is faulty. This would cause the washer to stop after a fill and no advance. This would also cause the drain and no spin. If all switches are good, then it sounds like it would be and issues with the motor / motor control which is now sold as one assembly. p# 12002039. I have attached the service manual for your unit. It has a lot of information and good testing information to assist you.

In reply to: Thermistor value

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. It shows the thermistor should be 3.5 k ohms at 50 deg. , 8.8 at 32 deg., and 25.9 k ohms at -4 deg. You can also run the diagnostic mode to check the thermistors. It will tell you if the pass or fail. They could still be out of range even if they pass.

I found a video on replacing this part on a very similar washer.

Hi. I found another similar washer. Attached is a link to many videos on this washer. Take a look at the mode shifter video. This will show you how to disassemble the unit underneath to get to the part you want to replace. There are just a few bolts left to remove that hold the assembly to the tub. You will need to remove the basket as well.

Hi. I could not find any video for this specific repair. I did find a video on a similar unit that will show some of this repair. In the video they show removing the whole basket out of the unit. You will not need to remove it on your unit. I also attached the mini manual that shows how to take your unit apart.
