Hi. What happens when it stops at 17 mins? Does it do anything? Is anything running? Is it full of water, or empty? If it will not advance from 17 mins and you are not getting any error codes, it seems like you would have a faulty control board. Let it sit for 30 mins or more at 17 mins so it has time to pull an error code. Is it trying to spin and going off balance? Attached is the tech sheet. I found no pointers for this issue.

Hi. Check what the actual temperature is in the refrigerator. Is it truely 52 or is it reading correct temps? Check your air flow. coming into the ff section. IF your compressor and fans are running, the freezer is correct temp, then you must not be getting air flow to the refrigerator. Check for frost build up on the evaporator which would indicate a defrost issue. Or frost build up in the air passages. Make sure the door seals are good and the light bulb shuts off when the door closes. Attached is the job aid and tech sheet for this unit.

Hi. Is the ice maker not producing ice? Are cubes getting stuck in the ice maker? Or are you having a frost issue in the ice chute and on the ice bucket? IF your issue is frost, warm air is entering the unit. Most likely the ice chute door is not closing/ sealing. Take a look at the ice chute door. IF it needs replaced it is part # W10889430. I have attached the owners manual that will have your warranty info in it and the tech sheet.

HI. I can not find a video for your exact model. All the videos I find have screws to remove on the bottom trip piece. There could be tabs to release on the bottom. I have attached a video that show tabs on the bottom. This video is not for the same brand so yours would be different. If no tabs on the bottom then there are tabs around the display. You will need something small, like a putty knife to slide into the gap between the door and Display to pry it out, but be careful to not scratch or damage the door. I looked up a picture the the control and is shows two screws on the bottom to remove after the bottom trim is removed so I do not think it would have tabs to get with the putty knife. Also, try taking out the spill tray on the bottom of the dispenser. There will be a screw under it to remove. This may remove the bottom trim and then revel the screws to remove for the upper one.

Hi. Yes, there is a fan in the refrigerator. You will need to replace this fan to fix your issue. I have attached a bulletin for you and the fan. It looks like you do not need to upgrade the software any longer. Just the fan is needed. Double check that your model number is on the bulletin.

Hi. It sounds like you have an issue with the dispenser module or the user interface control. The dispenser module is p# . I have attached a video for a similar one. The User interface is p# 242041101. Check the switches on your dispenser module. Check that the paddle is not making contact with the switches as well when no one is pressing the paddle.

Hello
See the service manual links below. Diagnostics are on page #37. As long as the diversion valve is working properly you have a sealed system issue. The diversion valve rarely has issues, you can go through the diagnostics on the valve to be sure.

Hi. I have attached the service manual for you. This manual should be similar to your unit. You can run the diagnostics to see what error codes you get. If the unit will not drain water, you could have a faulty drain pump or a clog in the drain hose.
