Hello
This sounds like the overload on your compressor cycling the unit on and off. It could be the overload relay or the compressor locking up.

“
The condensation sump area is probably full of water. Usually this is caused by wet, sludgy lint built up and clogging the condensate pump. Most of the time this area just needs to be cleaned out thoroughly. “

Hello
See the diagnostics for you model on page #26 in the link below. There is also a drain kit for your model and if you call your local PD they can look it up by the model and serial number. We have had pretty good luck with the drain kits. We did have one kit that only lasted one year and started having issues, we installed a new kit to rectify. Matt Ace technician

Hi. The water line through the freezer door is not replaceable. You would need to replace the whole door. It would be impossible to pull the old water line out and feed to new one back in. The inner and outer door are not able to be seperated. The are sealed together as one. You could try to seperate them and then you would have to find a way to get them back together, like gluing. What is the part number of the water line you have? I did not find any videos on taking the door apart. I have a video on taking the dispenser apart attached.

Hi. I have attached the service manual for you. Start on page 71. Enter diagnostic mode and exit. This may bring the unit back to normal operation. Check to see if you have an error code present. You should be able to eliminate the LED board as a possibility. It would have to be either the main control or the user interface.
