This almost always happens when the control does not detect wash motor movement. It will detect no motor start up after 6 start attempts then empty. I have attached the tech sheet on this model for you.

Hello
Service Diagnostics Cycle Notes
NOTE : Invoking Service Diagnostics cycle clears all status and last run information from memory and restores defaults. For more detailed instructions see page #6 in the Technical diagnostics mode link below. If the control is not responding make sure you installed the correct touch panel. Some of the control panels can look identical and all harness plug in but be the incorrect part because the serial number was wrong. Call 1-800-830-5465 with you MODEL & Serial number to verify it is the correct control for your dishwasher.
To invoke the Service Diagnostics cycle, perform the following while in Standby:
Press any 3 keys in the sequence 1-2-3-1-2-3-1-2-3 with no more than 1 second between key presses.
The Service Diagnostics cycle will start when the door is closed.

Hello
You will need to run the unit through the diagnostics mode to see if there are any stored error codes. I have also provided you with a service bulletin for the sealed system evaporator leaking issue. If you run the unit through the diagnostics with no errors you will need to tap the system and check the refrigerant charge, you may have an evaporator leak. See the complete technician diagnostics guide below in the link. Matt Ace technician
To ENTER SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS Mode:
Press SW1 and SW2 simultaneously for 3 seconds. Release both buttons when you hear the CHIME indicator.
Unit must not be in Lockout prior to entering SERVICE DIAGNOSTIC MODE.
The display will show 01 to indicate the control is in step 1 of the diagnostics routine.
To EXIT SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS Mode: do one of the following 3 options:
• Press SW1 and SW2 simultaneously for 3 seconds.
• Disconnect the product from power.
• Allow 20 minutes to pass.
Following the exit of the diagnostic mode, the controls will then resume normal operation.

Yes, If you are going to put the other parts on and its partially dissembled already put in the transmission. Here is a link for your transmission that includes free shipping for $145.00. I would advise doing the transmission with the other components or replace the washer. Its of course more cost effective to repair since you are doing the labor. Here is the link. https://www.amazon.com/Kenmore-Whirlpool-W11132267-Equipment-Manufacturer/dp/B078ZFYCXP/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1529067314&sr=8-1&keywords=W11132267

Hi. Have you verified that the evaporator fan motor is running in the freezer? Was the frost pattern even on the coils? Check for any error codes and run diagnostics. I have attached the service manual for your unit.

Hi. There are switches on each paddle that actuate when pressed. If you just have ice OR water not dispensing I would suspect that paddle. If both are not working you may have a bad user interface or broken wire. Check the wiring that goes through the door at the hinge of the door. Does anything happen when either paddle is pressing in? I did not find any videos on your model, but I have attached some videos for similar models.

Hello
See the complete diagnostic guide for your model. In most cases a restricted vent or compacted blower housing will cause this type of issue. I would start there and if the blow housing is not filled with lint, try running the unit with the dryer vent off for a few cycles. Matt Ace technician

Remove the agitator and inspect the washer hub nut and basket assembly. Sometimes they rust out and become partially disconnected.

Hello
We have seen this happen when a customer has low water pressure. When low water pressure occurs on the cold and hot side it does not completely dissipate the residual bleach and detergent. We have even seen customers turn down the cold water at the inlet valve thinking they will get more hot water in for the bleach cycle. This sounds like a water pressure issue. Check to be sure both valves are turned on all the way and check for lime and calcium deposits at the hose and inlet fittings. Matt Ace technician

These transmissions are not serviceable. All of your symptoms are indicating a transmission replacement. There are no video’s out there on the internal components of this transmission because they are not serviceable. If your looking for the theory of operation go to the link below ( Technical service manual 84 pages ) then go to section 3-1. This will show the planetary gears and transmission operation. All error codes you have will be in the technician service guide on page #4. Matt Ace technician

This is most likely the pressure switch hose being clogged or a bad lid switch. In some cases it may be the pressure switch itself or the motor. I have attached a video of clearing the pressure tube. (if clogged it is recommended to replace it). I also attached a GE/Hotpoint motor error code video.

If you checked the element and all switches including the high limit and safety thermostat you could have a centrifugal motor switch not closing part # 4681EL1008A . If the motor switch is good then the board would be the last option. Matt Ace technician
