Hello
Did you order the timer by the model number ? I would verify you have the factory replacement timer. If it the correct timer you will need at other possibilities. See the diagnostics and wiring diagram below. Transmission when going bad can cause a spin agitate symptom. Matt Ace technician

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Take a look at the wiring schematic. There is a fuse In line with L1. This looks like it will be a red wire. This fuse might be located right next to the terminal block. There are other thermal fuses inside the unit as well, that if faulty would cause the dryer to not start. I would also check your belt switch. There is a troubleshooting flowchart on the tech sheet that may be useful. One common thing on these units is a broken timer knob. It will turn and seem like it is fine, but it will just spin around the timer shaft, not actually turning the timer, so you are always in the off position. I have attached a video for this issue.

Hello
See the technician service manual link below. Run the unit through diagnostics. If you cannot get the unit into diagnostics replace the display board. If you get it into the service test mode you should find stored error code to diagnose the issue. With power failures causing high or low voltage it could have damaged a board. Matt Ace technician

Hi I did not find any videos directly related to this issue. I would run the unit through a test mode to verify everything is working properly. Look for a loose or damaged agitator. Run the diagnostic mode to see if you have any stored error codes. I have attached a video showing the diagnostic mode. I attached a link for repair videos on this unit and similar units. I also attached the tech sheet for you. It sounds like the machine is getting overloaded or not loaded properly. Also, these units use less water which could be the cause. IF there is a deep water wash option, use it to get more water. If not, there should be a bulky items/ sheets cycle to use which will give the most water out of any cycle. I have attached a customer tip sheet as well. Make sure to use HE soap and not a lot of it.

Hello
There are a few possibilities for the dishes not drying.
1) Control programmed to disable heater, but continue running cycles, if it detects a water heating problem.
2) Heater circuit problem: – Open in heater. – Open connection or component in Heater circuit.
3) Heater Drive circuit on the control.
For all three issues go to page #9 in the technician manual link below. This will walk you through each issue step by step.

Hello
The F3 error code means:
1) Oven sensor opened
2) Oven sensor shorted
Unplug range or disconnect power.
2. Disconnect sensor from harness.
3. Measure sensor value (between connector pins) between 1000Ω @ 32°F (0°C) and
2697Ω @ 900°F (482.2°C) (room temperature approximately = 1080Ω) . Also measure
from sensor connector to sensor casing for possible short. If measurement does not
correlate to real temperature, or if short is found, replace sensor.
4. Trace wires and connectors to sensor from control, then back to control. If wire or
connection is damaged, replace the harness.
5. Reconnect the sensor to the harness.
6. Replace all parts and panels before operating.
7. Plug in range or reconnect power.
8. Press BAKE and START. Observe for longer than 1 minute. If failure remains,
go to Step 9.
9. Unplug range or disconnect power.
10. Replace control.
11. Replace all parts and panels before operating.
12. Plug in range or reconnect power.
13. Verify operation is normal. Go to Step 1 and complete checks

Hi. It sounds like you have a bad motor. Sounds like everything else is good. Check wiring at the motor. If wiring is good I would replace the motor. I attached the service manual for you.

Hi. Low water pressure can cause the fill tube to freeze up. Also, there is a service bulletin for the water line in the door freezing for to the ice maker. The fix is a new door. I can not find the bulletin for this issue at this time. I found info that stated the issue is for serial numbers below 509. I also found info that the new door is needed for serial numbers above 604MR .

Hi. That’s a strange one. The auger motor was running when you arrived? Check that the ice bucket is installed properly. This will cause the ice off light to flash. Reset the unit if you have not done so already. Run diagnostics to see if you have any stored error codes. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Is there anything preventing the ice maker from going through the cycle, causing it to get stuck when the heater is on? Something could be shorted. Check for broken wires and shorts to ground. Check the wiring in the door at the hinge. Common to have a broken wire in this area. Very strange things going on with the unit. Possibly a faulty user interface also, but not likely.

Hi. I have worked on many of these and have not had this issue before on them. I did find a service point for this issue. I have attached it for you. Sounds like this is your fix you have been looking for.

Hi. That’s strange that the washer would trip the breaker. Not a common symptom. Check to see if the resistance of the motor is normal. Also, check to see if the basket is spinning freely. Something could be creating drag on the basket such as bad bearing. I would plug the unit in to an outlet on a different circuit just to make sure its not an issue with the circuit/ wiring its currently plugged into. I have attached the service manual for you.

Hi I have attached the mini manual for this unit. I did not find theory of operation or any other technical information. IT sounds like you have a bad mode shifter. In the manual it shows the error codes that the unit will give off. Check to see what error codes you might have.

Hi. Even with the fan not running it should be cooler than 60 in the refrigerator since it has its own evaporator. especially near the bottom, back wall. I would check the frost pattern of the freezer evaporator. This will show you if you have a refrigerant leak. These units are know to develop a refrigerant leak. You could also have a faulty compressor. I have attached the service manual so you can run test modes and check for any error codes.
