Hi. I have attached the service manual for your unit. I would start by checking to see if you have any error codes. Starting on page 57 it will show how to enter into diagnostic mode and view your fault codes. Check your temperature chart on page 73. It sounds like you may have a bad temperature sensor. At 75 deg you should have about 5000 ohms. Make sure your fan is running and you have air flow through your vents as well. I have attached a link to a similar unit where you will find repair videos as well as technical info and service bulletins.

Hello
This is a very basic freezer. There are a few things to check for.
1) Do you have 115 vols up to the relay / overload ?
2) Did you install a new relay overload with the new compressor ? If a start winding on the relay is sticking in the closed position it will take out the start winding on the compressor. Seen it happen many times.
3) I am assuming you have a clean condenser.
4) Is the condenser fan motor running at proper speed ? If the condenser motor was replaced is it running in the correct direction CW or CCW.
5) Are the connections on the relay / overload good, was there any arching due to a loose connection.
6) Did you replace the filter drier? May have restriction if not.
7) Did you dial in the refrigerant with a scale ?

In reply to: off balance problem

Hello
See the links below to help correct your out of balance issues. Are you getting the UE error code when this happens? Models built November 2013 (Serial 311 and lower) should have both the Main Board/software and Rotor replaced. If it was built March 2014 replace the Rotor only. See additional links below for more possibilities to help correct your issue.

In reply to: Error code UL noisey

Hello
The UL code is an unbalanced load condition. Go to page #3 in the service manual link below to see corrections for the UL code. I would also run the unit through diagnostics to see if there are any stored error codes. Matt Ace technician

In reply to: FRIDGE SECCION IS WARM

Hi. I would take the drain tube apart and make sure sure it is not clogged. I have found some of these clogged at both ends of the drain will the blow in insulation from the interior of the unit. However, a clogged drain should not cause poor cooling, unless the ice build up on the freezer floor is preventing the door from closing, allowing warm air to enter. The drain tube is part # W10860180. I have attached the tech sheet for you.

Hi. I have attached the fast track tech sheet on this unit for you. It will have your error codes listed so you can see what error codes you had on the unit. There is a service pointer for the water reservoir freezing in the fresh food section. Make sure air flow is proper and that there is not frost build up on the evaporators. Check your temperature sensors.

In reply to: No drain.

Hi. I found a tech sheet on a similar unit. Hopefully it will work for your unit as well. It has a diagnostic test mode you can run. It looks like you can test each component separately, without having to allow the washer to fill with water.

Hello
Everything you are telling me indicates a compressed or bent foam seal causing air leakage. If there are any gaps in the foam seal you will get ice and frost build up on the two refrigerant lines on the right hand side. Replace the cover assembly with a new seal. I believe this will rectify your issues. We have seen this happen many times. I sent a link to you for Sears parts on your model.

Hello
1) All LED option flashing lights indicates a power failure has occurred. Press START/Cancel pad and reselect desired option cycle.
2) If Status LED is flashing – That is caused when the door is opened.

See complete diagnostic link below.

Hi. I did not find any videos this exact issue. I attached a few videos I found that were related. You could just have clogged ports in the dispenser preventing good water flow for the fabric softener. This would just need to be cleaned out if that is the case. You can removed the dispenser drawer and then on the top inside the dispenser you will find the ports. You can clean theses with a brush and something small to stick in each of the small holes to clear out any build up. You could have poor water pressure or an inlet valve that is faulty preventing water flow for the fabric softener. I have attached the tech sheet and training manual on this unit for you. These will show how to run diagnostics and run tests to find out what the problem is.
