Hi. I have found and attched a service pointer with pictures. This model has a 100% ff evaparator failure. Your serial number is with in the range as well. Double check the model and serial in the service pointer I attached. Please let me know if the link i have attached does not ooen for you. This is not a typical sealed system frost pattern as you will see in the picture. You would need to replace the fresh food evaporator and possibly compressor as well.

In reply to: Door Won't Close

Hi. I have attached the service manual for this unit. If you have already replaced the door lock for the DE error code you could have a bad door strike or hinge. If you are having to push the door in and it works until you let go, you may have a damaged door strike that is not engaging the door lock properly or bent hinges that cause the door to not close properly into the lock. Or possible a the gasket is not in place which is causing pressure on the door to not close. Check the error code section of the manual for the DE error.

See the diagnostic test below. Go to page #56 section 4-16 . The evaporator motor is 12 volts DC. This will show you how to diagnose the motor and the board. Matt Ace Technician
