Hello
How fast does it blow the high limit thermostat ? Have you tried running the unit with the vent disconnected ? Have you checked for proper voltage and good wiring connections ? Have you run the unit through diagnostics ? If not is is on page #25 in the technician diagnostic manual link below. Matt Ace technician

Hi. You could have a defrost issue, but if all the defrost components are testing good and you replaced the control board it must be defrosting. I have seen these units frost up for no apparent reason. It will look like a defrost issue on the top of the evaporator but the bottom of it will look fine. The frost will build up and start hitting the fan blades of the evap fan motor. I would run the diagnostics. go through all the test and make sure the sensors all pass. Run a forced defrost mode to make sure your heater turns on and starts defrosting. If everything checks out ok I would go to test 7 in the diagnostics and change the defrost setting to an 8 HR defrost. You will select number 2 in this test 7 of the diagnostic mode found in the tech sheet. This should help the frost build up.

In reply to: No high spin

Hi. I have seen this many times before. It sounds like the washer is detecting an off balance load. It will attempt to spin but then comes to a stop once it sees an unbalanced load and starts to tumble. After that it will attempt to spin again and repeat. The time will get stuck or not count down. Then all of a sudden it will drop from around 12 mins remaining to 0 and the cycle will complete without going through a high speed spin. Diagnostics will work fine and if you run the unit with no clothes in it, it will usually work just fine. This can be from improper loading, loads that are too small, or too large, or strange loads such as bedding, rugs, pillow, curtains, or even a lot of towels. Also, check that the basket is not loose and that the bearings are not going bad(bad bearings are loud in spin). Check your shocks. Make sure they are not broken or worn. Make sure your suspension springs are good and that the counterweights are in good condition and secure. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Check to see if you have any stored error codes as well.

Hello, your model number seems incorrect, however I did attach a breakdown of the parts diagram for a similar model number and if you will look at the tub and basket breakdown you will see the air dome box on the side of the outer tub. That should be where you applied the other end of the pressure hose.It is very common for that air dome box to be impacted with residue causing air restriction through pressure hose causing overfilling. We usually clear that air dome with Co2 air pressure to clear it (be careful not to use too much force as to not crack the plastic) . If you look close you should see a bunch of discoloration in the air dome which is the residue build up that must be cleared. This should solve your issue .

Hello, the “shift actuator ” is the “speed sensor” (by another name) . Replacing the actuator/sensor should resolve your issue, however I am attaching a “speed sensor” (shift actuator) diagnostic and troubleshooting service pointer and also the complete tech sheet for your unit. All information on diagnostic procedures and testing along with corrections regarding your issue are spelled out in great detail in these 2 attachments .

Hello
See the service diagnostics sheet link below. I would run the unit through the service test mode. Then test #121 Damper operation and test #141 for Fresh Food Thermistor. Are you are getting good temperatures in the freezer section ? You should have -5 degrees to +5 degrees . If you do not it could be A start of sealed system failure.
Service Test Mode:
Enter the Service Test Mode by performing the following sequence of events:
1. Press and hold the WATER Keypad.
2. Press and hold UR Keypad.
3. Release the WATER switch and wait 3 seconds.
4. The display will show SE confirming entry in the Service Mode.
5. Press the UR Keypad again to confirm entry in the Service Mode.
6. Display will show 101 in left display and numeric or dashes in right display.
7. Press UL Keypad and LL Keypad to toggle through Service Test numbers.
8. To exit service test mode, open and close refrigerator door or hold door alarm for 3 seconds.
