Hello
Have you run the unit through the diagnostics mode ? If not go to page #9 in the Technical diagnostics mode link below. Section 3.4 is access service mode. I would start there .

Hello
I would go to page #32 in the diagnostic link below . Run the unit through the auto diagnostic procedure. It could be A defective ice maker but you have to eliminate all other possibilities. Matt Ace technician

In reply to: Led lights

Hello
What are the board part numbers you replace ? There are multiple LED lights , what LED lights are not working ? Two of the top lights are controlled by A wiring harness W10277801. You could also have A door switch causing the issue.Have you checked for power at the lights that are not working ? See complete diagnostic manual links below. Matt Ace Technician

Hello
See the service technician sheet link below. The Signal Light (front display) When a cycle is running, the Signal Light will illuminate for the active stage.
Model with 4 LEDs : WASH – RINSE – DRY – CLEAN
Models with 2 LEDs : OPERATING – CLEAN
Models with 1 LED : OPERATING (Flickering) / CLEAN

If you have an intermittent wash pump motor issues there is A few things to check.
1) Make sure the door is closed properly.
2) Check the door switch in latch handle.
3) Check wiring connections to the wash motor.
4) Make sure there are no restrictions in the pump blade. Some times you can have floating restrictions that will come and go.
5) Replace the pump, could have A weak motor causing intermittent issues.

In reply to: Samsung dryer NO heat

Hello
Do you have any stored error codes ? Test mode & error diagnostics start on page #29 in the technician link below. Here are some no heat possibilities or not heating properly.

  • Check the home’s circuit breaker and fuses. The drum will turn with 115 volts but the heater is #220 volts. Make sure you have 220 volts to the heater.
    • Select a heat setting other than Air Fluff.
    • On a gas dryer, check that the gas supply is on.
    • Clean the lint filter and exhaust duct.
    • Dryer may have moved into the cool-down phase of the cycle.
Be sure the exhaust hood outside the home can open and close
    freely.
    • Check exhaust system for lint buildup. Ducting should be inspected
    and cleaned annually.
    • Do not overload. 1 wash load = 1 dryer load.
    • Sort heavy items from lightweight items.
    • Large, bulky items like blankets or comforters may require
    repositioning to ensure even drying.
    • Check that the dryer is draining properly to extract adequate water
    from the load.
    • Load may be too small to tumble properly. Add a few towels.
