I was following up on your question looking for any service bulletins that could this issue and they do not have any currently. I would also look for door sealing issues or doors not closing properly. Sometimes shelves or food will block the doors from closing all of the way, in return frost build up on the coils. Also kids leaving doors ajar overnight. Check door seals thoroughly to make sure there are no rips. One more thing to check is the boards you installed. Call your parts distributor with the model and serial number to verify you installed the correct boards. We have seen boards that look exact but be different by the serial number. Just last week we had one that looked identical we ordered by model number only and harnesses were exact, the unit ran fine but randomly dispensed ice. after research we found it was the incorrect board. Hi. Make sure the door is staying closed and not being pushed open slightly by clothing. Check that the door switch is working properly and that the door shuts tight. Also, make sure the power cord fits tight into the outlet. Wiggle the cord while the dryer is running to see if it cuts the dryer off. You could have a loose outlet or cord. Where the power cord attaches to the back of the machine could be loose or damaged as well. This is your terminal block. Unplug the unit to inspect this. If all of that checks good then you could have an issue with the control board or motor. I have attached the service manual for you on a similar unit.

In reply to: Lower fridge vent frozen solid. Why?

Hi. IT sounds like you still have frost build up blocking your air flow. You could have a defrost issue if your evaporator is clogged with frost. If the evaporator is clear you could have frost in the supply or return air ducts. You would need to thaw them out with a steamer or shut the unit off for 24 hours with the doors open. The evaporator fan pulls air from the evaporator up through the damper over to the refrigerator side. The damper is located at the top left corner of the refrigerator. This is where the air from the freezer comes in. Then the air returns to the freezer through the return air duct that you will find on the left wall of the refrigerator near the bottom. In the freezer this duct is on the right side at the bottom next to the evaporator. Frost in the air ducts can build up if you have warm air entering the unit. Check your door seals. IF the house is humid and the doors are opened frequently frost can occur as well. Also, check the water tank behind the crisper drawers in the refrigerator. The water lines go through the line to the outside of the unit. Make sure this is sealed. Add some silicone to be sure there are no air gaps. I could not find any info or manuals on this unit except for the user manual that I attached.

See the video links along with the complete service manual for your unit. The ice maker thermistor specifications are on page #10 in the manual link below. The thermistor Specs are : 5 VDC , 10k ohms , 77 degrees Fahrenheit or 25 celsius. If you reading was in celsius its low . I would run through ice maker diagnostics in service manual link below to be sure. Matt Ace technician

See the complete service manual with video links below. You will need to verify you have proper voltage in to control board. If you have proper voltage in to the control board with no display, you either have A defective control board or the WRONG control board. Verify by you local parts distributor with model and serial number its the correct board. Many times they look the same but the serial number can change the part number. Matt ace technician
