Hello
You have two possibilities.
1) Restricted water flow or low water pressure causing the line to freeze. Lime and calcium deposits build up in the valves causing low water pressure. Correction : Replace water saddle valve or water inlet valve.
2) Insulation breakdown in the shell of dispenser. Correction : Insulate the back wall or call your local parts distributor for the insulation kit number by model.
