Hi. I have attached the service manual for you. On page 25 it has troubleshooting for the dryer not starting. On page 28 it has error codes in the diagnostic mode. Follow the troubleshooting section for no start and see if you are able to enter the diagnostic mode to find and stored error codes.

Hi. Buzzing and clicking noises are going to be normal with induction cooktops. You will hear the clicking of the relays on the control boards and you will hear the buzzing of the elements heating up the pans. You will get different results with different pans. For example, a cast iron pan may not make as much noise due to its density. You can get buzzing noise on both low and high heat settings as well. As long as the unit is working properly and it has always made this noise I would assume it is fine.

Hi. The model number you provided is not valid. I did find a service manual with part of your model number. The 1E error code is a water level error code. It states:
Water Level Sensor Trouble. (When the input signal from the water level sensor is out of range, the unit will send out beeping sounds and halts the cycle.) Go to “No Water Fill”Troubleshooting Section page 14
This could be an issue with the control, the pressure switch or pressure hose. I have attached the manual for you. Go to the no water fill section on page 14 to find out what the issue is.
