Hi. It sounds like you may be getting an error code. I have attached the tech sheet for you. It has the error code information as well as how to enter diagnostic/ error code mode and how to clear errors. You will need to see what error code you are getting and proceed from there.

Hi. I’m not sure what error code you are getting. I have attached the service manual for you. It has everything you will need to diagnose this unit. Go to the error code section and find the error code you are getting. It will tell you how to proceed from there.

HI. This seems like an electrical issue. Check your incoming voltage. Sounds like voltage is dropping out under a load. I had a similar situation with an electric oven that ended up being an electrical issue to the appliance. If voltage checks good test it again while you turn on a burner or the oven and see if it drops out. I have attached the tech sheet for you.
