Hi. I found a tech sheet for your unit. It does not show the colors of the wires however. I did not find any other info for this unit. It looks like there is one molex connector that would not be wired wrong and a few single wire terminals for bake, broil, L1, etc. From the tech sheet you could follow the wires to the components they go to to verify it is wired properly. It does not look like it would be difficult to trace back the broil, bake, and other wires. You would probably only need to remove the back panel.

Hello, It has been our experience that this is an issue with with l.v. dispenser control board located behind the display which has been replaced by a kit. The situation is complicated because the kit for your unit appears to be unavailable. I have downloaded multiple resources for you including your models tech sheet, a complete service job aid, a control board troubleshooting guide along with a link for the part number and model reference chart for your unit so you can have the most accurate information available. Click on MODEL REFERENCE CHART on selection # 13 in parts look up .You will notice on the reference guide that it states if your model # is not listed then the kit is not available. You may be able to have the board rebuilt if unavailable. One such source is Corecentric Solutions and I have attached a link for you. Just put your part #( 67006294) in the search bar .

Hi. Usually there is a pull release on the door switch itself. If you remove the top panel you would be able to get to the release either on the top or bottom of the door latch. I looked at a picture of this latch and I did not see any release on it. If the unit has water in it the door will stay locked until the water is drained. You would need to drain the water. I have attached the service manual for you as well.

Hi. I have found another tech sheet that appears to be for the same or similar unit. It has better information on it for you.

Hi. I have attached a service bulletin for this issue for you. I’m not sure I understand the “clips” you had mentioned. There are a few different causes and solutions in the service manual that you will want to take a look at. I have also attached the service manual on this unit.

Hello, I have attached the complete job aid/service manual and also the complete technical service sheet for your model. Please not that although the job aid is on a slightly different model it is the same machine breakdown as what you have. All information available about this washer can be found in these 2 attachments.

Hello, I have attached a technical service manual and a parts list for your Sub Zero 590 model. Any information we can find for you are in these attachments.

Hi. I could not find a tech sheet or service manual for this unit. Sounds like a defrost issue. IF your heater and by metal tested good, then you have a bad defrost sensor or control board. I would start with the sensor. It will likely be the issue. If you are getting ice or water on the refrigerator floor, this would be the unit is defrosting but the drain is clogged. This will also cause the evaporator to freeze up. It looks like p# DA32-00029Q is your defrost sensor.

Hi. I have attached the wiring diagram for you on this unit. You could have a bad timer or possibly the door switch. The motor could be faulty as well.

Hi. I have found a video that shows the basket being removed. It is a video for replacing the gearcase.

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. You would need to be Whirlpool certified to have access to their website for their technical product information and diagrams. I have seen this issue before with these direct spark ignition models. First, make sure the unit is plugged into a properly polarized outlet. Having a proper ground is critical on these units. Make sure no pans in the bottom drawer are sticking above the drawer. They can come into contact with the igniter in the back behind the drawer. The tip of the igniter housing may be dirty or corroded and need to be cleaned to get a proper spark. The igniter may need to be adjusted or replaced. Also, a ground wire can be added from the igniter to the cabinet to ensure a good ground. They have updated the wire harness for bake and broil on these units. Your model did not show up as the old harness so it should have the updated harness on it. The harness is p # W11161843. I have attached s bulletin and the theory of operation for DSI as well.

You are most likely needing to replace the felt seal on the front tumbler assembly. (the part that you riveted the new drum glides on). You may also need to replace the rear seal as well. I have attached the parts breakdown of the tumbler section and the complete job aid/service manual for your exact model.
- Sam, Ace Appliance answered 8 years ago
It sounds as if you have bad gas valve coils. A simple way to check is to watch carefully for the igniter to glow and then shut down with no flame on about the 2nd or 3rd heat cycle with a load of wet clothing . If that happens then 99% of the time it is the valve coils. Sometimes on an older dryer it can be the actual gas valve, however that is very rare. I did attach the wiring diagram and also the tech sheet for your exact model and all technical information available can be found in these 2 attachments.
