Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. You would need to be Whirlpool certified to have access to their website for their technical product information and diagrams. I have seen this issue before with these direct spark ignition models. First, make sure the unit is plugged into a properly polarized outlet. Having a proper ground is critical on these units. Make sure no pans in the bottom drawer are sticking above the drawer. They can come into contact with the igniter in the back behind the drawer. The tip of the igniter housing may be dirty or corroded and need to be cleaned to get a proper spark. The igniter may need to be adjusted or replaced. Also, a ground wire can be added from the igniter to the cabinet to ensure a good ground. They have updated the wire harness for bake and broil on these units. Your model did not show up as the old harness so it should have the updated harness on it. The harness is p # W11161843. I have attached s bulletin and the theory of operation for DSI as well.

You are most likely needing to replace the felt seal on the front tumbler assembly. (the part that you riveted the new drum glides on). You may also need to replace the rear seal as well. I have attached the parts breakdown of the tumbler section and the complete job aid/service manual for your exact model.

It sounds as if you have bad gas valve coils. A simple way to check is to watch carefully for the igniter to glow and then shut down with no flame on about the 2nd or 3rd heat cycle with a load of wet clothing . If that happens then 99% of the time it is the valve coils. Sometimes on an older dryer it can be the actual gas valve, however that is very rare. I did attach the wiring diagram and also the tech sheet for your exact model and all technical information available can be found in these 2 attachments.

Hi. By griddle igniter are you referring to one of the igniters of the cooktop? If so and you have already replaced the burner switch and spark igniter then you most likely have an issue with the spark module or possibly wiring. The spark module is p # WB13T10078. I have attached the service manual and mini manual on this unit for you.

Hi. It sounds like you may have wired the damper wrong. Only one the the switches of the damper will be used with the new harness. The new harness only has one plug for the switch and you need to install it on the correct switch. I have attached a repair video on this. At 5:20 in the video it shows which switch to plug the harness on to. This should be the issue if you did not have this issue prior to installing the new ADC kit.

Hi. Viking does not currently have any technical information for this unit. I could not find a tech sheet or wiring diagram. It looks like you have a control that would control those 2 burners. There are 3 of these controls and it looks like they each control 2 burners. I would suspect that this is your faulty part if the burneres went ba at the same time. It is part # 041802-000. You may be able to visually inspect this part to find a burn mark or damage.

Hello
See the complete diagnostic manual link below. The ( PO) Error is a power out message.Press the ‘measured fill’ button on the front panel for 2-3 seconds. It is right below the word ‘confirm’ on the display. It makes you confirm that you know the power went out so you don’t eat any refrozen food. I would then run the unit through diagnostics. Matt Ace technician
To ENTER SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS Mode:
Press SW1 and SW2 simultaneously for 3 seconds. Release both buttons when you hear the CHIME
indicator. Unit must not be in Lockout prior to entering SERVICE DIAGNOSTIC MODE.
The display will show 01 to indicate the control is in step 1 of the diagnostics routine.
To EXIT SERVICE DIAGNOSTICS Mode: do one of the following 3 options:
• Press SW1 and SW2 simultaneously for 3 seconds.
• Disconnect the product from power.
• Allow 20 minutes to pass.
• Following the exit of the diagnostic mode, the controls will then resume normal operation

Hi. After doing a little research I found this to be a fairly common issue. It appears the issue is the centrifugal switch in the motor. You will need to replace the motor to fix the issue. p # DC31-00055J. Some other complaints I saw talked about the dryer only running for a few seconds just like yours, and then after 5 minutes or so the dryer would turn back on and run again for a few seconds. This cycle would repeat until the cycle was over. I have attached a service manual that is similar to your unit and a repair video for a motor on a Samsung dryer that should be very similar to yours.

Hi. I came up with the same thing. I took a look at the parts break down directly from frigidaire and got the same part number. Make sure your model number is correct. Make sure you get it directly off of the unit. If this part will not work for your unit it must me an error on Frigidaire’s end. You would need to contact the manufacturer or possibly your parts distributor to get the correct part number. I have seen this happen before. I some looking around and did not find any other info on this part. I could not find any videos either.

I have attached the service manual for your unit. I am not finding a fill tube heater for this unit. I did not find one on the parts break down. The fill tube freezing could be a result of low water pressure also. The valve could not be closing all the way allowing a small amount of water to flow through and freeze.
