In reply to: Low ice production

Hello
See the technician links below. Have you checked your water pressure from the saddle valve to the water inlet valve. You say that so far you replaced water filter, water fill inlet valve & ice maker. Have you replaced the saddle valve ? Its very common for the saddle valve to develop lime and calcium deposits that will cause low
pressure. Matt Ace technician

Hi. I could not find a service manual or any tech info on this unit. I did find 2 training manuals for similar units, possibly this unit. It sounds like everything is working properly and you have enough water. Make sure the dishwasher is hooked up to hot water supply. If next to a sink run the hot water at the sink first before beginning the cycle to the dishwasher gets hot water as fast as possible. The dishwasher will heat up the water but that alone is not enough.
It only heats up the water about 10 degrees or so. It has to have hot incoming water to clean properly.

Hi. I have attached the tech sheets/ service manuals for both units. To determine your no heat situation you will need to take an Amp draw when the unit is running. If above 3 amps your issue is on the high voltage side, which would be your transformer, capacitor, magnetron, and diode. Most likely a bad magnetron and diode. If below 3 amps( you will usually get about 1 amp) you issue is on the low voltage side which would include your door switches and control board. IF you have 120V at the main relay on the board with the door closed it is not your door switches. If not check your door switches. Press start to turn on a cook cycle. If the 120V stays and does not drop to 0 then you have a faulty main control board. The tech sheets have flow charts you can follow to get to your faulty component as well.

No. The moisture sensor should not stop heat. A bad moisture sensor could cause the clothes to not dry properly or an error code. The flow chart does not mention anything about the sensor for a no heat issue. If you have a time dry selected it would eliminate the sensor as a possibility since the sensor is not used in a timed dry cycle.

Hi. I have attached the service manual for you on this unit. Page 26 has a flow chart to follow for this electric dryer not heating. This will get you to the fault. You can also run diagnostics to see what error codes you may have. Could be the control board if all other heat components check good.

Hello
Fisher & Paykel Appliances will be introducing the new suffix letter system to the Product Code currently printed on the serial plate of products. This suffix letter will change whenever a part is changed that is not completely retro-fit without the need for a kit, or whenever a cosmetic change is made.

Hello
The WB27X11213 is rated at 70/40 . The KSD210 I am sure is just the original thermostat. see the link below on the step by step troubleshooting guide for your unit. This will walk you through every part and tell you where to check voltage, amperage, ohm readings. this will help before you replace the thermostat to make sure you do not have any other issues that could take out the new thermostat. Hello
The most common causes of elements burning out is is inadequate air flow across the heater assembly. I would check the blower housing to see if it is impacted. then do A complete tear down to make sure there is no lint causing inadequate air flow. Also check the outdoor vent to make sure the it is clean and the air louvers are opening properly outside. 95% of the time this is the issue. Matt Ace technician

Room environment, refrigerant flow characteristics and acoustics can affect refrigerator operation
sounds. These factors may make sounds more noticeable several times per day when the cooling
system operates. Following the steps in sound kit WR49X24776 may improve the operating sounds
under these conditions. Models affected:GSS20ETHB(BB,CC,WW,SS)
