Hi. Sounds like it may be in a diagnostic mode. I have seen resetting the unit work. Did you leave it unplugged for 5 mins? You could also try to exit and or enter the diagnostic mode to clear it. I have attached the service manual for you take a look at page 33 for diagnostic information.

An objectionable odor may come from the insulation in the broiler door during bake and broil
operation.
To correct, replace the broiler door liner and install a new sheet of insulation in between the liner
and the outer panel of the broiler door. See instructions on page 2.

In reply to: lid will not close

Hi. Are you not able to physically close the lid? If not you may have bad hinges or something preventing the lid from closing. Or, is the lid not locking? If so, then you could have a faulty lid lock or control. Check to see what error codes you have stored. I have attached the service manual for you as well as bulletins for the lid closing too quickly and the lid screws.

If an outdoor coil is replaced for a sealed system leak, control software must be updated with
the sealed system repair. Updated Software version 1.0.2.8 has defrost improvements and is
acceptable, 1.0.3.0 is the most updated and robust software for defrost improvements.
Software versions may be checked with NewFI (GE Technician laptop program) or in Service
Mode, Test 14 will display software version.Models affected: AZ65
