In reply to: Moisture inside

Excessive moisture in the fresh food and/or freezer compartment, or the fresh food door does
not appear to have a positive seal may be due to a bowed gasket retainer channel at the
bottom of the fresh food door. If the gasket is pulled away from the cabinet at the bottom of
the door, follow the steps below.

If one or more FF or FZ wire shelves fall as shown below, there may be too much play in
channel of the liner. It has been reported that when this occurs, the shelf is no longer
supported properly by the groove molded into the liner.

In reply to: Frost on inside

Under certain environmental conditions, especially during periods of high humidity, moisture
and ice may build up in the freezer section. It may be found on the liner walls, freezer door
liner, ceiling, air tower or evaporator fan blade/motor areas. Temperatures may be impacted
as a result of the location and volume of moisture or ice that develops.

Inconsistent temperatures may be due to the thermocouple bulb inside the oven cavity loose
or out of the retainer or too much capillary tubing exposed in the oven cavity. This will cause
