Hello
A few things to check on this issie.
1) How is the dishwasher loaded ? The Thermador Model DW44Z has an Upper Wash cycle that saves energy and water when you have only a small load of dishes. Also, you’ll use less detergent for the Upper Wash cycle. The washing time, however, is not reduced. ( See page 14 in use and care guide link below)

2) This unit has A Triple Filter System and Large Object Trap, Micro Filter & Fine Filter. Make sure they are clean see page #16 in use and care link below.

3) Check Wash Arms . The wash arms should be checked periodically to ensure that the spray orifices are clear and unobstructed. If the wash arms require cleaning they are easy to remove and replace:
A. The lower wash arm simply snaps into place. Pull gently upwards to remove it.
B. The upper wash arm is held in position by a locking
nut. Turn the locking ring approximately 1/8-turn
clockwise to release the arm. See Figure 30.
C. After cleaning, reinstall the wash arms.

4) Is the dispenser opening ? Do you have the correct amount of detergent or rinse agent ?

5) Are you selecting heavy wash with a lage load?

6) Are the Filters not properly fitted into position.

7) Verify there are no clogged nozzles in wash arm(s)

8) Make sure unit is draining properly. Check pump and drain hose for kink or debres stuck.

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Make sure air flow is good with supply and return vents. Make sure nothing is blocking air flow. Verify proper operation or evaporator fan motor. In the bottom right hand corner of the tech sheet is the diagnostic mode and error codes. See if you are getting any errors. You could have an issue with the FF thermistor. p # 240597203. Or possibly an issue with the main control.

In reply to: LO CODE

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. So you are getting a LO error for a “lid unlock error”. Did the 2 latches you installed work for a period of time? If not you could have a faulty wire harness or control board. Check your hinges to make sure they are not bent, causing pressure in the latch assembly. Make sure your strike is not damage which may cause an issue with the door locking or unlocking.

Hi. I think you are getting a SUDS error code ( SD). If you are not using HE detergent it will cause this error code. Also, IF the unit is not draining properly this error can occur. IF the basket is not engaging properly for spin you will get this error as well. the hub could be faulty. I have attached a repair video on the hub. Also, I have attached the tech sheet for you. Run the diagnostic mode and see if there are any other stored error codes. If the unit is load in spin and/or has a black colored water leaking underneath you have bad tub bearings which can cause the errors as well.

Hi. With the pressures you listed it would mean you have a refrigerant leak somewhere. Your in a 10 in. (-10) vacuum on the low side which would indicate the system is low on refrigerant. Also, 73 psi on the high side is lower that it should be too, which would indicate a leak. You should be running at about 2-15 psi on the low side and 115-185 on the high side with proper refrigerant levels. After you installed the compressor and recharged the system did it start to cool at all? Was the filter drier you installed a UV dye drier? With a leak, you would need to install a filter dye drier and recharge the unit. Then, after it leaks back down again, you can locate where the leak is with a black light and yellow glasses.

Hi. The light switch is in the refrigerator control ( user interface). The issue must be with in this part. P# 242048309. Take a look at the tech sheet I have attached. Upper right hand corner of the wiring diagram it shows the lights controlled by a magnetic switch inside of the U.I.

Hi. I have attached the service manual for you. You will find diagnostics and troubleshooting along with the error codes and how to proceed. The codes you have listed do not appear to be valid error codes. Error codes on this unit begin with E and end with a number, for example E3. Enter the diagnostic mode to check for stored errors.

Hello
See inverter Service Bulletin below. along with service manual.
MOTOR-INVERTER DRIVE SYSTEM –
2 FLASH INVERTER BOARD ERROR (MOTOR APPEARS DEAD)
The 2 flash error was intended to represent a slipping
belt condition as identified in the mini-manual.
Based on field feedback, a loose hub nut may also
simulate the conditions that the inverter uses to
detect a slipping belt condition. Because a slipping
belt presents a safety concern for the machine to
brake/stop normally, the inverter disables the motor
while setting the 2 flash error code. The motor will
not agitate or spin in this condition, so the motor
appears DEAD.
A loose hub nut may be obvious in severe circumstances
where the basket has damaged the
balance ring, the tub cover, or the tub. In some
instances, it is more difficult to detect if the hub nut
has not fully backed off. NOTE: The HYDROWAVE
drive does not have a mechanical brake like the
drive system with transmission. The basket may
rotate freely depending on the state of the mode
shifter assembly. It may require closer inspection
of the hub nut. If the threads of the nut are damaged,
the nut will not hold the tub securely. Always
replace the hub nut if any dam

Hello
See the video and additional information on your washer. See the diagnostic test below for stored factory codes. This test is accurate. Matt Ace technician

DIAGNOSTIC TEST
Entry modes:
■ Universal mode across all products using a sequence
of any three buttons. It displays error history prior to entry
into service diagnostic.
Operation modes:
■ Display of the error states that have been recorded
by the washer.
■ Run through of an automated test.
■ Clearing of error codes.
Starting Service History Mode & Diagnostic Test:
NOTE: The washer must be empty and the control must be
in the OFF state before pressing the touch-pad sequence to
start the test.
1. Close the door.
2. Select any three different keys (except POWER).
Individually press these in a sequence of 1, 2, 3 and then
repeat this sequence two more times. This sequence must
be completed within 8 seconds of the first key press.
These three keys are referred to the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd key
3. Upon entry into service diagnostics, the console will beep
(if available) and all console LED lights will turn on for
5 seconds.
4. Any error codes will be displayed in the Estimated Time
Remaining display. If there are no error codes stored,
88 will be displayed. On models without a display, the
WASH LED will flash to indicate the error code. If there
are no error codes stored, the WASH LED remains on.
NOTE: This program recalls the most recent error code first.
5. After entry into service diagnostics using the 1st, 2nd, and
3rd keys, each of these keys will have unique functions
regarding service diagnostics as detailed in the following
table:

Hi. check on the bottom of the refrigerator, under the crisper drawer. See if there is ice or water build up. If so, you have a clogged drain tube and will need to let it thaw out and install the drain tube kit.P# DA82-01415A. If no ice or water then it sounds like your refrigerator section is not self defrosting. You will need to test to find out which part of the defrost system is faulty. In either scenario it is recommended that you replace the evaporator sensor as well. p # DA32-10104N. I have attached a video for the drain tube kit and the service manual for this unit.

Hi. It could be in a demo mode. Try to go into the diagnostic mode and check for any errors. Was this the same thing the unit did before you replaced the control boards? I have attached a tech sheet and a service manual for similar units. I hope they will work for your unit.

Hello
This refrigerator must be a very new model. This modelhas very limited resources and we do not have a service manual at this time. I did find a service bulletin on this model that may be related to your issue. See the link below. It is very unusual that we do not have access to a service manul with the multiple resources we have at our disposal. I hope this helps it is all we have at this time. Matt Ace Technician

Hello
See the complete diagnostic technician sheet link below. If the drain time exceeds eight minutes, “F21” will be displayed, the water valves will turn off, and the pump will stop running. Press PAUSE/CANCEL to drain the machine. The display will be cleared and the machine will turn off after a maximum of eight minutes. Matt Ace technician

Possible Causes & Procedure
1. Check the drain hose and make sure it is not
plugged or kinked.
2. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
3. Check the drain pump filter for foreign objects, and
also make sure the hose from the tub to the pump
is not plugged or kinked.
4. Check the electrical connections at the pump
and make sure the pump is running.
5. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
6. If the above does not correct the problem,
go to step 7.
7. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
8. Replace the pump

Hello
Yes, the float assembly may be stuck if there is no water in the unit. The dishes not getting clean could be a plugged or restricted pump or spray arm issue. See the complete technician service manual links below to address these issues. Matt Ace technician
