Hi. Does your broil or convection element work? If they do, then we know the voltage to the unit is good. If not, check your incoming voltage. Check your bake element and make sure it is good. Next I would look for any damaged wiring to the bake element. If all is good then the issue must be in the control board. Attached is the tech sheet.

Hi. I attached the service manual for you. You could have bad shocks. Press down on the tub and let go, it should come back up and stop. If the tub bounces up and down the shocks are bad. Or if the shocks are stuck to where they are not sliding or springing they are bad. I have seen bad shocks on these units that are only a year or two old. If the loads are small this can happen as well. Small loads will ball up and go off balance.

The SYEF is an evaporator fan motor curcuit error . If you replaced the evaporator fan motor your PCBA board is defective replace it .We see the many times with this board. That board controls the motor. See diagnostics link below. Matt Ace technician
