Hello
1) The first thing to check is the outlet. The easy way to check the outlet is by taking a lead cord and plugging into a different outlet. If it tripped the breaker you know it’s the refrigerator has a dead short.
2) If that happens go to page #34 in the manual link below to check your compressor for a dead short to ground.
3) Remove the relay illustrated on page #34 . It plugs into the compressor, just pull towards you and it will come off. Then test the Common, Run & Start terminals on page #32 with an OHM meter. Take each terminal to the shell of the compressor. If you have continuity you have a defective compressor. Matt Ace technician

Hi. The first thing I would do is plug the unit into a different outlet on a different circuit. Make sure it is not any type of GFI outlet or breaker. See if the unit trips the new outlet / breaker. I almost always find when a GFI or breaker is being tripped that the issue is not the unit but in the circuit. You could have a short in the refrigerator if the breaker still trips. Turn the t-stat off to the unit and plug back in. See if it trips now. You will what to narrow down to what system or circuit in the unit that’s shorted or causing the breaker to trip. You can start disconnecting components and plugging the unit back it until you get it narrowed down. Sorry, there is no tech available at this time from the manufacture. You should find one in the machine, most likely under the right door hinge or the toe panel.

Hi. Does the refrigerator show what the actual temp inside the unit is? Or are you using some kind of thermometer to check the temperatures. Honestly, if the freezer temp is reaching 13 deg as a high point, I would not be concerned. This is still a very good temp for the freezer. The temperature will change from many different factors, like if the door is opened. Also, when the unit goes through defrost temps are going to get warm for a little while while that heater is on. It does not sound like any thing is wrong with the unit. I could not find a tech sheet on this unit for you.

Hello
The water inlet valve is an electrically-controlled valve that opens to supply water to the refrigerator dispenser and icemaker. Here are some other things to check below. I dont see any service bulletins at this time for your issue.
1) Make sure you have a good terminal connection to the valve, bad wireing can cause the valve to vibrate or chatter.
2) Make sure the valve is securely mounted and not touching and other line or component.
3) Make sure you have good water pressure up to the valve, lime and calcium deposits in the line can restrict water flow and cause noise.
4) Go to page #33 in the service manual link below and check for proper resistance value on the inlet valve between terminals 3-4 in diagram.
5) Check for proper voltage at the water inlet valve. Low or high voltage from the board couild cause noise issues.
6) If the water inlet valve is still noisy or loud, replace it. It may just be a defective valve you recived new. Matt Ace technician

Hello
See the sevice manuals below and run the complete diagnostics to see if there any stored error codes. There are a few possibilities. Therec are no service bulletins on this specific issuse at this time. Matt Ace technician
1) Press SETTINGS/OPTIONS until “Temp Calib” is
highlighted and then follow the instructions to see the
temperature offset. The current offset, if any, is shown
in the display in a temperature range from 30°F (18°C)
to -30°F (-18°C).
2. Pressing the “More” and “Less” or “+” (plus) and “-”
(minus) keypads will adjust the temperature in 5°F (3°C)
increments.
3. Bake temperature adjustment cannot result in
operating temperatures higher than 550°F (288°C) or
lower than 170°F (77°C), as measured at the oven
center.
4. Once the bake temperature has been adjusted, broil
temperatures are automatically offset to the same
degree.
