Hello
The water inlet valve is an electrically-controlled valve that opens to supply water to the refrigerator dispenser and icemaker. Here are some other things to check below. I dont see any service bulletins at this time for your issue.
1) Make sure you have a good terminal connection to the valve, bad wireing can cause the valve to vibrate or chatter.
2) Make sure the valve is securely mounted and not touching and other line or component.
3) Make sure you have good water pressure up to the valve, lime and calcium deposits in the line can restrict water flow and cause noise.
4) Go to page #33 in the service manual link below and check for proper resistance value on the inlet valve between terminals 3-4 in diagram.
5) Check for proper voltage at the water inlet valve. Low or high voltage from the board couild cause noise issues.
6) If the water inlet valve is still noisy or loud, replace it. It may just be a defective valve you recived new. Matt Ace technician

Hello
See the sevice manuals below and run the complete diagnostics to see if there any stored error codes. There are a few possibilities. Therec are no service bulletins on this specific issuse at this time. Matt Ace technician
1) Press SETTINGS/OPTIONS until “Temp Calib” is
highlighted and then follow the instructions to see the
temperature offset. The current offset, if any, is shown
in the display in a temperature range from 30°F (18°C)
to -30°F (-18°C).
2. Pressing the “More” and “Less” or “+” (plus) and “-”
(minus) keypads will adjust the temperature in 5°F (3°C)
increments.
3. Bake temperature adjustment cannot result in
operating temperatures higher than 550°F (288°C) or
lower than 170°F (77°C), as measured at the oven
center.
4. Once the bake temperature has been adjusted, broil
temperatures are automatically offset to the same
degree.

Hello
See links below for Kenmore refrigerator fill tube heater kits. We are factory certified Whirlpool and these are usually the same fix kits. To be sure you have the exact kit I would call you local parts distributer to look it up. Matt Ace technician

Hello
There are many possibilities on a no heat situation. Here are some basic troubleshooting possibilities below to check. If you go through these and still have a problem, go to the link below to the technician guide on page #29 for test mode and error checks. Matt Ace technician
1) Check the home’s circuit breaker and fuses, maker sure you have 115 on each side of line voltage to neutral. 220 volts accross both hot terminals.
2) Select a heat setting other than Air Fluff.
3) Clean the lint filter and exhaust duct.
4) Dryer may have moved into the cool-down phase of the cycle.
5) Do not overload. 1 wash load = 1 dryer load.
6) Sort heavy items from lightweight items.
7) Large, bulky items like blankets or comforters may require repositioning to ensure even drying.
8) Check that the dryer is draining properly to extract adequate water from the load.
9) Load may be too small to tumble properly. Add a few towels.

Hello
See the diagnostics technician sheet listed below. We ran into a situation like this and it ended up being a bad plug connection at the outlet. I would check for proper polarity and ground along with solid terminal connections. There are two service bulletins, nothing related to your issue. Matt Ace technician
