Hi. I have seen sealed system issues many times on these unit. They are built By LG. It sounds like your compressor is running. They usually draw around 1.0 amps. Check your frost pattern to be sure if it is a sealed system issue. If you have an uneven frost pattern or no frost pattern you either have a faulty compressor or a leak in the system. These units usually come with a 5 or 10 year sealed system warranty so I have not gotten any further into diagnosing or repairing them. You would need to tap the system and check your pressures to determine if it is a leak or faulty compressor. With it being a Kenmore it makes it difficult to look up information. I have found a service manual on a similar unit I have attached for you.

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet and service manual for this unit for you. Since the unit is not filling with water you could have a frozen fill tube to the ice maker. It has a heater that is suppose to keep the ice maker fill tube from freezing, but it still can freeze from time to time, or the heater could be faulty. One other common thing I see on this model is a broken wire through the door. Check for continuity through the wires to the icemaker. Test at the harness at the ice maker and then at the connection under the toe panel on the left side. In the tech sheet there are tests you can run for the optics, sensors, to cycle the ice maker and more. Make sure your temps in the freezer and ice box are cold enough to make ice.

Hi. Have you ran a test cycle? Is the washer working normally other than not letting any water in? Does it agitate, drain and spin? Door lock working? Also, try a different cycle if you have not done so already to see if you get water on some of the other cycles. I could not find this exact model. I found a similar one that said the inlet valves should have 1200- 12050 ohms, but I would think your are okay at 1,000 ohms. If you’re not getting proper power to your valves and you already replaced the control, you could have a shorted valve or broken / shorted wire. Test your valves to ground for continuity. Make sure to test for voltage while in test mode so you know when there should be voltage at each valve. I attached a tech sheet for a similar unit.

Where is the water leaking from. Does the ice maker get too much water and overflow? Or is the water leaking out from the fill tube area or fill cup? I can’t think of anything else if you replaced the ice maker and inlet valve. The incoming water pressure could be to much causing this or the fill tube partially frozen or could have a hole.
