Hi. Take a look at 5-2. “If FAN does not operate” in the service manual that is attached in the previous question you asked. This has everything you will need to test to find out why the condenser fan motor is not running. In the service manual you also have a test mode where you should be able to manually turn on the condenser fan motor. If you are not getting voltage to the condenser fan motor and you have already replaced the main board you must have a bad connection or a broken wire somewhere. The only thing at this point that has not been replaced is the condenser fan motor itself . Are you sure you were not getting voltage to the condenser fan motor? Is is possible the refrigerator was in a mode that would not be calling for voltage to the condenser fan motor at the time you were testing it? The condenser fan motor is supplied with DC voltage as well. Not your typical 120v AC.
