Hello
See below the service manual links and the service bullitins for your issue. I am sure this service bullitin will correct correct your problem. Matt Ace technician Symptoms and Causes of frozen inlet water tube
a) Symptoms : -Ice maker not making ice due to frozen fill tube.
Water leaking from back plate around the fill tube area
b) Causes : -Insufficient sealing around the inlet of water tube on back side of unit.
( can not prevent humidity from coming into the freezer ).
– Main PCB malfunction (can not supply DC 12V for fill tube heater).
– Fill tube heater open (cannot heat).
– Length of fill tube is too long: too near Freezer compartment.
