Hello

See service manual and Rapid resolution sheet links below. There is no service bullitins for your model listed.

Items that can cause out of balance errors :
1) Check the installation location. If the washer is installed on a soft-floor wooden-floor, carpet etc, the vibration and noise can be worse.
2. Check for anything under the washer legs. Some customers will place plastic cups, etc. under the legs for easier installation. This could cause vibration and spin error.
3) Check if the rubber at the bottom each leg is damaged.
4) Lower the legs as close to the base as possible. This will reduce vibration and ouit of balance spin error.
5) Check if the washer is level. Press on each corner. If the washer moves, adjust the legs.
6) Check the type of laundry. Check whether it may cause an unbalanced situation.- Educate the consumer in this case, to press pause, reposition the load or remove a few items. Press start to continue and complete the wash cycle.

*** If you have elimated all of these items and it is the rear bearing it will be very expensive to replace and most likely not cost effecitive for this modle. I hope this helps

If the ignitor is weak you may have a defective ignitor even if it glows. See complete diagnostics below in our technician link. Matt Ace technician

Other possibilities……
Igniter glows – No gas ignition.
If the igniter heats up but the main burner flame is not
ignited, remove power and using an ohmmeter, check
the following:
• Open secondary coil
• Open holding coil
• Open wire harness
• Stuck flame sensor (Stuck closed)
The gas is ignited but the flame goes out.
If a normal ignition takes place and after a short while
the flame goes out, check for the following:
• Radiant sensor contacts opening prematurely
• Weak gas valve coil may open when stressed by higher
temperatures
