Hi. I have attached the service manual on this unit for you. Make sure the door strike is not damaged and lining up properly with the door lock. If that is not the issue you could have a bad wire harness or control board. Follow the troubleshooting in the manual. See what error codes are stored and run the diagnostics.

Hello
See diagnostic sheet link below. Are you getting any error codes ? This is a very basic model. You have power from the main control board to the igniter and through to the gas valve. That is low amprege on the igniter, I would replaced the igniter. My thought is in moveing the appliance the igniter suffered a hairline fracture in it. Matt Ace technician

Hello
See complete service and diagnostic links below for your model. If you can pour water in the ice maker and get it to cycle and harvest / drop cubes you have have a water intet restriction. You most likely have a restricted water saddle valve or a water solenoid valve. See video link below on how to diagnose and replace the saddle valve. Matt Ace technician

Hello
The drain hose does not have a one way check valve in it. I would look at the spray arm and pump screen. There is a claerd door you can purchase for Whirlpool products to let you see what is happening in side the dishwasher when it is running. We use this alot to diagnose problems, its much easier when you can see the operation. See video link below.

******* Sabbath Mode ******
The Sabbath mode feature turns off all lights, disables the water and ice dispenser, disables all alarms and tones, disables the automatic defrost feature and disables the control panel.
While the refrigerator is operating in Sabbath mode, any touch of the control panel will display the Sabbath mode control which will allow you to turn off the Sabbath mode feature.
Turn Sabbath mode on:
1. On the main menu, press the touch pad next to “Options.”
2. In each of the following screens, continue to press the touch
pad next to “More Options” until “Sabbath Is Off” appears on
the display.
3. Press the touch pad next to “Sabbath Is Off” to switch
between ON and OFF. Press the touch pad next to “Done” to
lock in the desired setting and return to the main menu.

Defrost Operation:
The Control Board adapts the compressor run time between defrosts to achieve optimum defrost intervals by monitoring the length of time the
defrost heater is on. After initial power up, defrost interval is 4 hours compressor run time. Defrost occurs immediately after the 4 hours

Hi. I am not finding that error code. I do not believe it is an error code. I have attached the service manual for you. I found one of the control boards on this unit to be p# DC92-01531B.This looks like it is a motor control board. It looks like the part number you provided is for a control board COVER. The main PCB is p# DC92-01621D. There is also the display control. P# DC92-01622G. There may also be a power filter board. The power outage may have caused one of these boards to fail. I would suspect the main PCB to have failed first, if you have not already replaced it.

Hi. There are many things that can cause the refrigerator section to not cool properly. You could have a bad evaporator fan motor, a clogged drain tube, or a defrost issue. I have attached the service manual for you on this unit. I would run the diagnostic mode and check for any error codes. This will get you in the right direction.

Water heating problem must be corrected, or the control will disable the heater again. See heater circuit problem below.
1. Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power.
2. Measure resistance of heater and all components and connections in Water Heating Circuit/Heat Dry Circuit Fix/replace open connection/part.
3) If all checks okay replace Electronnic control.

Hello
Have you run the unit throgh the diagnostic mode to see if there are any stored error codes ? If not see link below for diagnostics. We have had issues with the FF section freezeing if you have a low refrigerant charge. The FF evaporator coil is 50 to 70% frosted due to a low charge and the unit runs all the time. Therefore freezing food in the FF section . Have you looked at the coil to verify is has an even frost buildup and is not starved for refrigerant ? Matt Ace technician

Hello
What is slow production ? The average ice maker will harvest every 90 minutes. Sometimes the custumer is using the ice faster than it can be produced. If the ice maker has at least 1/2 inch of water and is filling accross all the the ice maker fingers and you are getting good freezer temperatures at -5 degrees to +5 degrees, you should harvest every 90 minutes or less. See the diagnostic manual link below. Matt Ace technician

We have reviewed this with several certified technicians and based on the information you have provided It is consensus that the most likely cause is the display board control (part # 242041101). There is a possibility that there may be a shorted wiring issue , and that may not be accessible for repair. There is a harness ribbon that may be shorted that can can be replaced (part # 241853102) , however we feel that may be a possible cause but unlikely .

Hello
We have run into many circumstances with a inverter board that is going bad and cycles several times before starting the compressor. Make sure you are getting proper voltage to the inverter board. The only way you will be able to determine if you have a compressor issue is by replaceing the inverter board. I would say 80% of the time its the inverter and 20% of the time it is the compressor starting hard or locking up. You can by the inverter from Repair Clinic as they have a 365 Day Return Policy. Hello
You either have a defective condenser fan motor or a control board not sending voltage to the condenser fan motor. We have had many control boards not sending 120 volts to the condenser motor. To verify power check for 120 vac from line voltage and neutral at the compressor / condenser fan motor . It will be the RED & WHITE wires. if you do not have 120vac replace the main control board, if you have voltage replace the condenser fan motor. See technician diagnostic sheet link below.
