The clutch assembly must be slipping on low speed spin. It may have oil in it from the old transmission/gear case. Either that or something may not be installed correctly. If you are agitating properly in all cycles and also spinning properly on normal cycle I cannot associate the issue with any other explanation. The clutch assembly part # is 285785 . I have attached a video link of a Whirlpool built Kenmore washer clutch replacement that is the exact same as you have. Good luck.

Hello
Is the ( Heated power dry option in the on position ) ? Are they using a rinse aid ? What Does Rinse Aid Do?
Despite its name, rinse aid actually doesn’t have anything to do with rinsing your dishes. Instead, it helps remove water from flatware, plates, bowls, and glasses. Really, it’s more of a drying aid. Why don’t they call it “Dry Aid?” We don’t know, but it would have been a lot more accurate.
Rinse aid contain chemicals called surfactants, which lower the surface tension of water. So instead of forming droplets, the water spreads into thinner sheets that roll right off your dishes. If you’ve ever used Rain-X on your car’s windshield, you’ll have a good idea of what this looks like.Ultimately, this means that your dishes will dry much more quickly. Matt Ace technician

In reply to: Install new jazz board

Hi. What was the problem before you replaced the jazz board? Did the display ever work after you installed the new one? If you did not already, you have to program the new control board. I assume you have if the unit is up and running. It still should give you a display even if not. I have attached the tech sheet for you. The new jazz board may be faulty. Try to unplug the unit for 5 mins to reset it. Make sure everything is plugged into the board properly and the buttons are lining up.

Hello
Look on the technical service data link below . The error codes you have cold be a few different issues Check wiring between evaporator fan and control board. Check for 12VDC to fan between red and brown wires. Check for variant voltage (depending on high or low speed) between yellow and brown. If correct replace evaporator fan. If error code still exist, replace control board. I know you already replaced the control board. Sometimes if the evaporator fan is drawing to much current it can damage the new board. In that case your board should be under warranty. Matt Ace technician

Hello
See the Fast Track wiring diagram. I would call your parts distributor and have them look at the valve and harness. It must be a bad part number by Samsung in their system. The harness and vale sold match. If thjey do not the parts distributor should be able to call Samsung and get the correct answers. Matt Ace technician

In reply to: ice bin freezing

Hi. If you’re getting water in the ice bin your ice maker may be over flowing. Make sure the ice maker is getting the proper water pressure and is not overflowing or leaking. There is a water level adjustment screw if you need to reduce water flow. If water flow is not the issue you may have a temperature issue. This would make sense if it only makes ice a couple of times a day. Check your freezer temps. If should be about 5 deg. It will stop producing ice around 15 deg. I have attached some repair videos on this ice maker, the tech sheet for the refrigerator, and the service sheet on this ice maker.

Hello
You will need a cordless or electric impact wrench to get this off. We have done this repair many times and that is the only way to get it off.

Hi. I have attached the service manual as well as a repair video. This is a common issue on these units. The damper door breaks off causing this issue. Electrically your damper will still test good. You will need to replace the damper assembly to repair this unit.
