Hi. I have attached the service manual as well as a repair video. This is a common issue on these units. The damper door breaks off causing this issue. Electrically your damper will still test good. You will need to replace the damper assembly to repair this unit.

Hello
Ice maker diagnostics .
1) Do you have 1/2 inch of water across the tray of the ice maker ?
2) If so and the water is frozen, do you have 0-5 degrees in the freezer section? The ice maker thermostat will not let the ice maker harvest unless you have temperatures of +10 degrees or colder.
3) Have you tried manually cycling the ice maker ? If not see the technician link below.

Hello
The defrost thermostat is a safety device . It wires in series with the defrost heater to prevent it from staying on too long. If the defrost control gets stuck in the defrost cycle it will shut the heater down at specific rated temperature. Most defrost thermostats on the older models are 50 degrees to 80 degree cut off. Hi. The model number you provided is for a dishwasher. Please provide the correct model number. Usually the best way to test a control board is power in and power out. Make sure you have proper power going to the control board. IF you have proper power to the control and no power going out of board to whatever component you are running the board is bad. IF you are pressing the button and nothing happens then the touch pad or control is bad. Or the touch panel and control could be sold as one piece/part.

Hi. As long as there is nothing causing the drum to not spin freely then you have a weak motor. This is common and I have seen it many times before. You will need to replace the motor to fix this issue.

Hi. that is strange you still the the f7 error after replacing both the sensor and board. Test both the broil and bake elements to make sure they read good. MAke sure nothing is shorted to ground and that you do not have any burnt or damaged wiring. Make sure you’re not dropping voltage and that your power cord is not loose at the outlet or the terminal block. I have attached a service manual on a similar unit. I could not find your exact model.

Hi. I have attached a tech sheet on a similar unit for you. This is what I found for the E04 error on your unit:
Condition: Door lock relay won’t activate
Check/Repair: Unplug the washer for 3 minutes to reset the control module. If the code returns after you plug it back in, replace the control module.

Hi. I have attached a bulletin for the frost build up around the ice maker. I have also attached the tech sheet for you. The frost could be causing all of your trouble. Is the auger in the ice bucket able to spin freely? Is the auger motor froze up? The solenoid for crushed/ cubed could be frosted up too. Does it dispense water? Are you getting water to the Ice maker when you cycle it manualy?

Hi. That is strange that the compressor and condenser fan motor still are not working after you replaced those parts. I can not think of anything else on this unit that would control power to these components. Did you program the new board correctly after replacing it? Go through the programing mode again to be sure the correct code is entered. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Go into diagnostic mode and run test 102 for the compressor and condenser fan. See if they come on. If not check for power to theses components. You can also check from the control board. The wiring diagram on the tech sheet will show you where. You may have a loose connection or made wiring. does the evap fan motor run?
