Hi. It is hard to say what the burning smell is. When a transformer goes bad you will get a smell but the unit will not heat. You will more than likely need to uninstall the unit to replace those parts. I have attached the tech sheet which on page 7 shows what parts can be access from which location. The microwave will slide out on some of these combo units. I can not see if this one will from the tech sheet. IF you remove the center trim piece between the oven and microwave there will be 2 screws to remove that hold the microwave in place and then it will slide out.

Hi. All 3 of those are error codes listed in the tech sheet. I have attached the tech sheet for you. Hopefully it will help you to figure out which error code you have. Once you determine the error it is the tech sheet will help you to diagnose the issue.

Hi. Did you already replace the magnetron? How many amps is the microwave pulling? IF you get over 3 amps the issue is on the high voltage side and I would replace the magnetron and diode. If you get under 3 amps you have a low voltage issue, but with the readings you are getting at your relay it would appear your door switches and control are good. If you already replaced the magnetron you could have an issue with the transformer, or a faulty magnetron.

Hello
I would start by checking error codes stored most common will be the Ld” error flashes if it takes longer than 5 minutes to pump out water to a point where the operating pressure switch resets. You can Press STOP/CANCEL to clear the display. It sounds like a restricted pump because of the moldy water smell is telling us it is not pumping out all of the water. See diagnostic link below to run the unit through the diagnostics mode. Matt Ace technician

The F20 Error code is : (NO WATER DETECTED ENTERING MACHINE OR PRESSURE SWITCH TRIP NOT DETECTED) If, after 30 seconds during Diagnostic Test, less than 3.3 oz (0.1 L) of water has entered the machine, or if
during a cycle, the maximum fill time of 13 minutes is exceeded, the valves will be turned off and the error
code will be displayed. Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.
Possible Causes/Procedure
* If there is no water in the unit:
– Make sure that both valves at the water source(s)
are turned on all the way.
– Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses
or plugged screens in the inlet valves.
– Verify inlet valve operation.
* If there is water in the unit:
– Verify that the pressure switch hose is in good
condition and properly connected to tub and
pressure switch.
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Verify there is not a siphon problem.
3. Verify wire harness connections to inlet valves,
pressure switch, and Central Control Unit (CCU).
4. Check all hoses for possible leaks.
5. Plug in washer or reconnect power.
6. Verify pressure switch operation (run diagnostic test).
7. Verify CCU operation by running a Diagnostic Test cycle

Oil on clothes is normally from the gearcase seal leaking. The W10006379 Gearcase Assembly would need to be replaced. There is also a slim possibility of excessive use fabric softener that can rarely appear to look like oil. Matt Ace technician

See service bulletin link below on dispenser issue. As far as the no cooling issues . If the unit was cooling before he put in the control board and power supply, I am sure there is :
1) Wrong board installed .
2) A harness not plugged in all of the way or a harness plugged into the wrong port.
3) I suspect the dispenser issue is this service bulletin correction.
The technician unit needs read the schematic in the link below to determine what happened with the new board installation. Matt Ace technician

When the unit shuts down is it not cooling in the refrigerator and freezer section ? Total no cool ? A couple of possibilities: 1) Check you plug outlet for proper voltage, polarity, and ground, that can lock out a board if not correct. 2) Possible condenser or evaporator fan motor seizing up. 3) A part of the defrost system icing up evaporator after two weeks. 4) Compressor drawing high amprege and shutting on on overload. Hi. Does the washer beep at you like this when the door is opened and you try to start a cycle? If so, maybe the unit thinks the door is opened. Check that your door switch is working properly. If the door switch is ok, you could have an issues with the control board.
- Brian, Ace Appliance answered 8 years ago
Hi. Yes, as long as the pressure coming into the machine is not too strong replace the valve. I have seen this issue before. I’ve replaced the inlet valve on these units before for this issue.
