Hello
Have you run the unit through the diagnostic mode ? See technician sheet below . The I20 error is a drain error , I would start there first . I would check on a plugged pump or defective drain pump . Matt Ace Appliance

Hello
I am sure there is always a way to customize a new shaft based on the timer damage itself. We have seem customers with channel locks on busted shafts to turn the timer . We cannot advise any repairs that are not factory authorized as we become labial if something goes wrong. Matt Ace technician

Hello
Hello
See the link below for diagnostics mode , run throgh diagnostics . On your Frigidaire dishwasher “i30” stands for aqua control. You should perform a reset on your dishwasher and that could clear any false error codes. To reset your dishwasher you can flip the household circuit breaker off for ten minutes. If that does not work you could be experiencing an issue with your water inlet valve or control panel. See the technician sheet below with all of the diagnostics .I hope this information has been helpful. -Matt

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. That does seem a little long for pre heating. Make sure the elements are coming on properly, that they are getting proper voltage, and there are no damaged or loose wiring. How is the door seal on the top oven? Is the door closing all the way? 500 deg is a very high temp and is going to take longer than usual to preheat, but if the bottom is preheating at 500 faster than the top their may be an issue. How long does it take for the bottom to preheat at 500? Normal preheat time can be 25-30 mins depending on the set temperature. How long does it take to preheat at a lower temperature such as 350?

In reply to: WILL NOT DRAIN

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for you. First I would check to see what error codes you have stored in the system and run an automatic test to see if the drain pump runs in auto test. Or, run the manual test mode and turn on the drain pump to see if it runs or not. Does the impeller seem loose on the pump? Some pumps will fail with the weight of the water , but will run fine with no weight. IF you have proper power to that pump and its not running the pump is bad or something is preventing the impeller from rotating. IS the pump getting hot or vibrating/ humming when it is not running. Theses are signs of a bad pump that is getting power.

Hi. PF is for a power failure. This will happen if the unit is unplugged or loses power. IF the unit is not powering on now check for a loos connection somewhere. Make you are getting proper power to the control board. I have attached the service manual for you.

Hello
We have found on this model if the condenser motor is good , you have a bad PCB. You main control board sends voltage down to the condenser motor. So your motherboard would be the next part I would replace, we have had several issues with these boards. Matt Ace technician

I believe I found the correct service manual for your model. I have attached it for your. This will have all diagnostic information on that ice maker for you so you can find out what is faulty. You mentioned that the filter has not been changed in 2 years and the cubes were small. Small or hollow cubes are caused from the ice maker not getting enough water. This could be from the filter restricting water flow. Filters are recommended to be changed every 6 months. After the filter has been changed, if the cubes are still small the next most likely place for a restriction would be the supply valve to the refrigerator. Then the water inlet valve on the unit would be my next check.

Hi. I’m still trying to find info on your exact model and parts that you provided. I attached a service manual and an ice maker diagnostic sheet for Thermador/ Bosch units. Check them to see if they will be any help with your unit and let me know.

In reply to: Dryer still not drying

Your temperatures seem normal. You will see the temp climb and stop for a few seconds maybe a minute or so and then drop and stop again. IT will stop when the T-stat is satisfied and the drop until the T-stat opens again. Then the heat sill start again. Is your heat/element short cycling. This would be where the element only comes on for a short period of time and off for a short period of time. Just a few seconds on and off, back and forth. This is a sign of restricted air flow. Double check your vent, scrub the lint filter with soap and water. makes sure no lint is built up around or in the blower. DOes the unit stay hot when they say it is not working? IF it stays hot through the whole cycle or seem to be overheating and not drying it would seem like an airflow issue. Or does the heat cut out and they say it’s not warm any more? What cycle and heat setting are they using?

In reply to: dryer belt comes off

Hi. I found some information on an updated the idler pulley for this issue of the belt coming off. I found the part number has changed as well, which could mean they have changed or updated this part. I would replace the pulley. I have attached a link to the part with a picture. Maybe you will be able to see a change in the part from the picture. The only other thing I could think of is a really odd load that would cause excessive drum movement , and then causing the belt to come off. If they would be drying shoes or a heavy comforter or something.
