It sounds like your healing element is grounded and touching the the inner casing. Someone removed the three screws, they do not come out on their own. If you have 220 to the element , replace the element. Matt Ace technician

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet on this unit for you. The unit seems like it is over filling. Check to make sure the pressure tube is clear, not pinched, and no holes, and is connected to the pressure switch/ board, and tub. Run diagnostics to check your error codes. You can run the auto test mode to see how it runs through the cycle also. Attached are some videos on similar washers for some repairs and diagnostics.

Hello
Your appliance will display a UE code when it has detected an unbalanced load and has stopped the spin for safety reasons. We have found the ( UE) code when the washer is on an uneven or weak floor. I know you have replaced the shocks but be sure the customer is not overloading the unit. With any washing machine, it is vital to ensure that the load is evenly balanced when using a spin cycle. Redistribute washing by adding or removing items to ensure a more balanced load. Single large or heavy items such as bath mats or large towels are unlikely to spin on their own, so please add two or three additional towels and put on another spin cycle. If the door remains locked and the machine is displaying UE error, please run a drain program. You can run a drain program by selecting the spin button until it is on no spin (either spin symbol with line or zero).See technician diagnostic sheets below to help troubleshoot along with a Samsung series video that is close to your model. Hello
The ice maker sends 115 volts down to the inlet when in harvest cycle for 3 seconds. The ice maker is the only power source to the valve. If you are getting 115 to the ice maker and it is harvesting , you have a bad ice maker. Are you checking for power at the inlet valve when the ice maker is going through the cycle ? That is the only time you will get 115 volts at the end of the harvest cycle. Matt Ace technician
