If its a constant knocking noise from the compressor, it means either the discharge or suction valve springs are busted and the valve is hitting the interior of the hermetic compressor case. This would mean a new compressor. As far as the freezing food . That could be caused by a number of possibilities 1) Temperature control. 2) Low refrigerant charge. 3) Compressor valves. Forced Defrost , defrost can be forced to start by pressing and holding
the Alarm Off pad for 3 seconds. Program changes will be saved permanently in EEPROM and program
mode will exit to Run Mode.
Adaptive Defrost Operation; Defrost occurs after predetermined length of
compressor run hours. Compressor run time between defrosts changes, or adapts, depending upon recent
history of defrost lengths (time it takes for defrost terminator to open after defrost heater has been
turned on). • Defrost terminator opens at 48°F and closes at 15°F. • Compressor run time between defrosts (CRTD)
will be one of 3 values under normal operation:CRTD 1 (8 hours) or CRTD 2 (12 hours) or CRTD
3 (16 hours).

Hello
We do not have any videos for this model, but I believe if you open the oven door there should be a few screws under the control panel that have to be removed. You may have to slide the unit out to reveal the screws on the sides of the glass from and the back side. Once the screws have been removed you should be able to removed the glass cook-top frame. See parts breakdown link below.
