Hi. These hinges are not adjustable. The hinges must be bent or you have an issue with the door itself. Never seen a bent door. It is more common to have bent hinges. I have attached links to the left and right hinge and a repair video for the hinges.

Hello
Most likely both issues are coming from sensing switch. for the one that has no water check and make sure you are not getting 120 to your valve. If you are obviously your valve is bad. otherwise it may be an issue in either timer or load sensing switch. the 2nd appliance is almost definitely your load sensing switch as long as your timer is sending power through your switch.

One more thing, check inside the bin where the augur and Helix are located. Be sure the helix (particularly the metal drive bar) is not stripped, etc. Also be sure that, if the customer pulled the bin out for any reason, that the shifter fork was properly inserted back inside the yoke. If the shifter or yoke is froze open, then ice can drop past the cutter blades onto the ice door prematurely.

Hello
To get the door open, remove the top and reach down to release the latch by pulling the release tab down. Not much wiggle-room but it beats a crowbar to the door. Unfortunately the tab pull is also under the latch assembly. If there are any remnants of water still in the tub, the pressure switch will not allow the door to open. I have had success draining the tub with my shop vac to get it to release. If not, there’s always the crowbar. See links below

Hello
Inspect the auger bucket opening where the ice is dispensed, if the opening around the plastic gets cracked it will make the opening bigger and release more ice than needed. Also look at the ice cube size and thickness, they should be a minimum of 1/2 inches thick all the way across the ice maker. If they are not the cubes will come out in more volume with your overfilling issues. This would indicate low water pressure from you inlet valve or saddle valve. Matt Ace technician

Hello
We would need a valid model number to give you a better idea of what your issues could be. You could have a defective or sticking micro switch. Send us a valid model number and we can help further. I have provided a link below to Water & Ice dispense issue videos . Matt Ace technician

Hello
I have never in 30 years seen compressor seals cause a restriction. Two possibilities are left.

1) Cut the dryer on the capillary tube side about 2 inches from where the capillary tube goes into the dryer, see if you braized or soldered the capillary tube shut.

2) If the capillary tube is not braized or soldered shut, replaced the evaporator # WR85X10022 . This will come with a new suction line and capillary tube, the complete heat exchanger. You can get floating restrictions in the evaporator that will cause your exact situation. Sometimes also you can get oil in the evaporator that migrates from the compressor that causes this symptom also. Either situation the complete evaporator will correct the issue. DO NOT replace the compressor is is not your problem.

Hello
See diagnostic technicians sheet below to get diverter vale in the neutral position. If your system is low on refrigerant you have a leak in the system. Its advisable to add a Ultra-Violet Dye Dryer Part#: W10143759 . This will leak down again and you can use a UV light to determine where the leak is to repair it permanently. Matt Ace technician

HI. I have attached a tech sheet for a similar unit. I hope this helps. I think most of the harnesses will only fit correctly into the proper part they go to. I have also attached some videos on some of the parts you to plug wires back into.

Hello
This is normally an indication of the DAMPER CONTROL BOX KIT . This kit comes with the damper motor and both temperature controls. We have installed many of these controls. One thing you will want to verify before installing, make sure you are getting proper freezer temperatures of -5 to +10 degrees. You want be sure you do not have a beginning of a sealed system leak. Hello

Do you have any error codes ? ERC Failure Codes The oven may stop operating but not give an F-code on the display immediately. F-codes are stored in nonvolatile EEPROM. After 2 identical faults occur consecutively, most F-codes will be displayed (some are never displayed). If displayed, they can be recalled by pressing together:
1. TIMER, 2. CLOCK, and 3. MIN DOWN (or 9).
While displayed, pressing MIN UP or 8 and HR
DOWN or 6 together will clear them. A fault must
exist continuously for 5 minutes before an F-code
is recorded (F2, F8 are sooner).
Electronic Oven Control System
The Electronic Oven Control System consists of
the electronic control (ERC), key panel, oven
sensor, and door lock assembly.

SEE link below for complete service manual

Control Panel
There are 8 basic control panel assemblies. They
can be found listed by model number in the Control
Panel Features section on pages 6 through 16.
Control Panel Access
1. Disconnect the power and open the oven door.
2. Remove 3 screws from across the bottom of
the control panel.
3. Push up on the control panel assembly to
release the top catches.
Note: See special instructions for Glass Touch
Models Only, page 25.
Electronic Range Control (ERC)
Caution: Components are electronically hot on
ERC when voltage is connected to range.
Note: Temperature/Mode Selection is necessary
for operation of relay contacts.
Note: Voltage must be present across terminals
L1 to N for ERC to operate.
There are 7 basic ERC configurations (see illustrations).
The ERC contains the bake and broil
relays, convection relay (some models), control
transformer, lock motor relay (some models),
sensor, and lock motor connector (some models),
along with a series of 1/4-in. terminals for connecting
power to the control and heating units.

In reply to: Gas dryer not heating

Hello, have you checked to make sure the gas is turned on? if so I would check the igniter and flame sensor. the igniters can act like they are good but will not pull enough amps to open the valves, you can test the valves by when the igniter starts glowing put a screw driver on the solenoid and it should become like a magnet when powered up. i am sorry we do not have a video on this model at this time.
