Hello
The H1 error is a (freezer temperature above 26 degrees ) . This is a above normal temperature issue. You need to run the unit through the diagnostic service mode with the technician sheet link provided below. It could be a number of possibilities including Evaporator Fan, Thermistor, Damper, Condenser fan Motor, Compressor, Sealed system leak , ERC, defrost system. You should show an error when running diagnostics. Matt Ace technician
