Hello
If the customer replaced own filter I would see if the filter is in correctly. Remove the filter and reinstall, they are spring loaded filter heads and need to be in correctly. If the spring in the head is not depressed properly it will not let water pass through. If you hear the solenoid being energized and its new. You have three possibilities 1) Your filter is not in correctly. 2) Bad spring in filter head 3) Bad diode on series with inlet valve. See picture of diode below. Matt Ace technician

Hi. I have done this repair before. I think the blue water line you are having trouble with is the water line to the dispenser in the door. Remove the left door hinge cover at the top. Here you will find the end of that blue water tube. There is a quick connect fitting here, where you can disconnect it. I have attached a service manual that is similar to your unit. Starting at 10-1 it walks you through replacing this part.

Hello, if the problem went away for a few loads after you adjusted the belt then came back i would suggest that you change the belt first and also inspect the pulleys for damage. also check the cover to see if it is warped or broken and getting in the way.

Hello, I did find a manual for this ice maker but it is a different model fridge but the ice maker is the same. That is odd if it worked be for and now it does not, I would check the wire connections if you have not done so already. I would also ask the customer if they have had any issues with the ice maker befor and also check the temps in the ice maker section it may not be getting cold enough. hope this helps you.
