Hello, if the problem went away for a few loads after you adjusted the belt then came back i would suggest that you change the belt first and also inspect the pulleys for damage. also check the cover to see if it is warped or broken and getting in the way.

Hello, I did find a manual for this ice maker but it is a different model fridge but the ice maker is the same. That is odd if it worked be for and now it does not, I would check the wire connections if you have not done so already. I would also ask the customer if they have had any issues with the ice maker befor and also check the temps in the ice maker section it may not be getting cold enough. hope this helps you.

UE Error code
1) Problem / Cause: – upgrade main pcb software for LISTED SERIAL NUMBER RANGE(S)
SERVICE NOTE: PRIMARY service method: download PGM by portable jig
Do Not replace Rotor & Stator when UE error occurs by imbalanced load unless Rotor and/or stator test as specifically having an issue. Only replace main PCB if unable to update s/w with portable download jig or if main pcb tests as having an additional issue 3. Solution – confirm serial number of product…SEE ATTACHMENT
– Only apply S/W update to the product with serial number range(s) as shown in ATTACHMENT
