Hi. I have attached a tech sheet for a similar model. Not the exact unit you have. Have you tried to reset the unit by unplugging it? Then see if you can upload the pictures. Are you sure the USB and photo files are formatted correctly? I have attached the owner’s manual on a similar unit as well. On page 39 it has a small trouble shooting section for uploading photos. It says to make sure the photo files are in the root directory of the USB drive and to make sure the files are JPEG format.

Hi. The damper assembly is very common on this unit to cause this issue. The damper door breaks off causing freezing in the FF section. It is P# WR49X10091. I also have attached the service manual for a unit very similar. I could not find the exact one for your model. I attached videos for this repair as well.

See diagnistic guide link below. Go to page #27 in diagnostics and run the unit through the test mode. See if there are any error codes. I have also attached the ( DV ) series dryer that is very similar to this unit. No service bulletins on this model at this time. Matt Ace technician
