Hello
See the technician diagnostic manual link below. You will need to check for power at the auger while energizing the door flap. You could have a bad dispenser assembly loosing power to the motor. If you have 115 volts to the motor while energized and the motor stops you have a defective auger motor. Matt Ace technician

Hello
Is the unit operating at normal temperatures ? It should be -5 degrees to +5 degrees in freezer and 38-44 degrees in refrigerator section. If temperatures are good run unit through diagnostics see link below. If temperatures and diagnostics are normal you have a metering device making noise. We have have several units with the same issue, refrigerant moving through the system causing this noise. Factory says its normal functioning noise. Matt Ace technician

Hello
If you are running a -20 vacuum and a half frosted evaporator you have a low refrigerant charge. The evaporator is starved for refrigerant. This should be running 2-4 lbs suction pressure in a 70 degree ambient temperature. Bring the charge up to 2-4 lbs and you will find a frosted coil top to bottom. Matt Ace technician
