I have sent some tub videos on different models. Our next premium appliance is on the Samsung washer almost identical to your washer #model WA48J7770AP. We will have 18 videos on this unit along with the tub replacement. It will active on our website in three weeks. Are you getting any error codes? I have supplied a link below to the diagnostics. Run thew unit through the diagnostic mode to see if there any errors. You may have a tub bearing issue, see part for bearing kit # W10435302 . I also have supplied you with a link on how to replace the bearing kit. Matt Ace technician
