Hi. Sounds like you have a bad keypad. If some of the lights and buttons do not work, but the others do then the keypad is bad. p# WD34X11210. I could not find any repair videos on this part. This is a sticker type key pad. The old one will peel off and the new one will have a backing to peel off like a sticker. You will need to separate the door to unplug and plug in the ribbon cable to the main control board.

Okay, you want to test for continuity at the thermostat. With unit unplugged and at least 1 wire disconnected at thermostat and 1 meter lead at each of the 2 thermostat terminals turn the shaft and determine if you have continuity. This is a common problem and I have changed many thermostats on this model of range. The part number for the thermostat is WB20K8 . If the thermostat is good and the ignitor is not getting 110 volts ac, then you have a bad oven safety gas valve, however this is not as common and I have rarely found this to be the issue on this model.

Hello, sorry I could not find any good information at this time on this model, If you are getting 120 to the thermostat but not getting 120 out of the thermostat than you have a bad thermostat. I did not see a over heat thermostat/fuse. most likely you have a bad thermostat. You should check one side to ground on the thermostat if you are going across both wires on the thermostat you will not get the rite reading. Another good way is to go straight to the igniter and check power there. it may be a bad igniter.
