Hello
See the service bulletins attached. We have had this similar issue happen two different times. The first time we had a water inlet valve plunger not seating properly and water was overflowing the ice maker and leaking into the ice bin. The other time we had a bad user interface control board double filling. See everything related to your model below in the links. Matt Ace technician

Hello
See the links below and in the service guide go to section 4-1 troubleshooting. It sounds like your symptom is caused by a part of your defrost system that is defective or a evaporator fan motor issue . Section 4-1 on page #30 will take you through test mode to get the error codes to tell you the exact issue. Then on page page #33 you can read all of the error codes and what they mean. Hello, Ahhh the one minute Bosch syndrome. What the most likely problem is the main control, they are infamous for burning out the heating circuit and the cycle will never end. I have attached two videos one is just dissasbly and the other shows you the burned out heater circiut. Hope this helps you out

Hi. We have had seen this same issue before. The issue is a bad relay on the control board. You may be able to see the burnt mark on the backside of the main control. You will need to replace the control board. part # 00676960. I could not find any tech sheet or guides on this unit for you.

Hi. As for the ice build up on the outside of the cabinet in the rear. I have seen this issue before. THis is a defect with the unit. A design flaw. Lack of insulation or break down of the insulation in the cabinet of the unit. This is not repairable and I have not seen a fix for this yet. I will try and look up some more information on this issue. I would suggest calling the manufacturer to see if they have any information on the issue. IT is possible its due to the frozen drain or the frozen drain could be a result of it. Clear out the drain tube. Flush warm water down through it to make sure its not plugged. You can add a piece of conduit (metal wire) around the heater and into the drain tube to keep it heated if there is not one already there. I have attached a video to show this done on a different unit. Watch from the 8:30 mark of the video. Also attached is the tech sheet.

Hi. Fmrst if you have not tried this yet, unplug the unit for 15 mins to reset it. IF this does not work, then Make sure you have 120V coming into the main control board ( WPW10189966). You issue could be the main board or the User interface board (p# W10131868). I have attached a similar tech sheet but not exact for your unit. Follow the tech sheet for User interface issue. It has some diagnostics you can perform. Also, look at the schematic. You should be able to test for power to the U.I. IF your getting proper power to it and its not working then the U.I is faulty.

Hi. What happens when it gets to the spin cycle? IS the drain pump running? Does the basket move at all? Time count down? If the unit can not drain the water out it will cause a no spin. You should be getting error codes from whatever is happening. Get into the diagnostic mode to check your error codes and run a diagnostic cycle to see if the spin cycle works there. I have attached the tech sheet for you so you can do this.
