This is a communication error between the control and the motor. There is a way to reset motor and i have attached a couple of videos on error codes and diagnostic procedures on this washer.

They tend to stick the wiring on the bottom or back of the lower drawer. At any rate, it cannot be a thermal fuse, or both elements would not work, as this interrupts L2. If you check at the clock where the Bk/ Br terminals are, you will probably see that the relay is open on the control. This simplifies things when you have to start tracing. A diagram would not make a lot of difference this way. See video link below Hope this helps

If the motor board is indicating normal stand by mode and the timer advances with the drain pump operating at the proper intervals this should be a lid switch issue. There is a mini manual in an envelope attached to the back of the control panel with technical info as well.

See technician link below. This sounds like A weak igniter not getting the proper millivolt ratings to the gas valve. Change the igniter and you have a 95% chance this will rectify the issue.
