Hello
See provided Technician diagnostics, Job Aids , and service bulletin. There is only one bulletin for this model at this time. If you cannot get the unit into the diagnostic mode by the specific tech. sheet instructions , that is a strong indication of a main control board issue. I would disconnect power for 5- minutes and rest the board. The try to put the unit into diagnostics with the tech. sheet in this link. If you cannot get it into diagnostics, replace the main PCB. Also see video link below for your model. Matt Ace technician

Hello
So the freezer bottom drawer is not cooling correct ? This is a single evaporator system and if the freezer is not cooling the refrigerator will follow. I would look at the evaporator to see if you have a defrost issue or a starved evaporator, that would indicate a leak in the system. I would start there and we can help you troubleshoot from there. Hello
If you are getting a -10 to +60 PSI refrigerant pressure fluctuation you have a floating restriction. I would replace the filter dryer with a DYE dryer and pull the unit in to a -30 vacuum with a vacuum pump. Then make sure the unit holds A -30 vacuum for 3- hours. If it does not hold a -30 inch vacuum you have a leak in the system, most likely in the evaporator. Then with the dye dryer on the unit you can check for a leak with an UV light ( ultra violet light ) . That would cause moisture to get into the system that can cause a restriction.
