Hi. I do not see “Ban Line” listed as an error code. I would thing this is a control, voltage, or wiring issue. The Dc63 sounds like a software code. I have attached the service manual for you to look through.

Hi. The model number is incomplete. It is missing the last 5 digits. Sounds like you have a short in the door switch or wiring or a bad control board. The model number tag should be around the frame of the oven when you open the upper or lower door.

In reply to: Ice build up

Hello
Ice build up is caused buy humidity from an air leak. Check the dispenser door flap to make sure you have a 100% seal. Also check your door seals and make sure the doors are correctly closing with nothing restricting them for closing all the way like food or a shelf. See tech. sheet below Matt Ace technician

Hi. I have attached the tech sheet for your unit. IT does not state the refrigerant charge and I could not find the correct amount anywhere else either. I would guess that it takes 5.0 ounces give or take .5 ounces. The tech sheet does give proper low and high side pressures. You could dial in 5 ounces and then wait about 20 mins and check your pressures . Then you can remove or add refrigerant until your pressures read correctly.

Yes, that does sound like a bad motor. Attached are some videos for this repair.

In reply to: not draining well

Hi. It sounds like you have a clog somewhere preventing washer to drain as fast as it should. There is a filter on this one that is common to get clogged. It is located it the tub to pump hose. This is the large hose that connects to the drain pump and bottom of the tub that you would have removed to install the new pump. Take this hose off and check the filter inside it. Attached is a video.

Does the unit start washing? If your drain pump and hose are good, and there are no clogs through the drain line, see if you are getting power to the drain pump when the unit is suppose to be draining. Are you able to hear the drain pump try to run? I have attached the tech sheet for you. IF no power is being sent you could have an issue with your control board or a damaged wire.
