The tracks on the upper rack must be compromised. I have attached the information on the upper rack track assembly and stop clip.

I have attached a video for you outlining DL error code and repair procedure. If the door lock is installed correctly then you either have a bad connection at the ccu or a bad ccu.

On this model it is common for the original siphon break to get impacted with detergent residue and leak through the air intake holes on the siphon assembly. It is very common and replacing the siphon break should resolve this issue. There is a kit for this and it comes with everything you will need including new clamps. The old one may have crimped on clamps and you will simply need to cut the clamps off with a pair of diagonal cutting pliers. The part number for the kit is 285320 and retails for about $20.

Hi. Is the unit draining the water out? IF so, check to see if the spin cycle is working properly. Make sure its not going off balance and that it is getting to full speed spin. I have seen faulty door locks that cause the unit to not spin at full speed.

I assume the motor is running and the belt is not broke since the unit is still draining. See if the belt is slipping around the transmission pulley. You could have a worn belt or a bad transmission, brake, or thrust bearing. Check to see if there is transmission oil leaking out at the bottom of the pulley.

I have attached the tech sheet for you. What error codes are you getting? Try to run the diagnostics. Does the door lock when you start the unit? doe it fill , agitate, spin?

Hello, if the igniter is new and is glowing like the sun you will need to replace the safety valve. just to be on the safe side i would check the wiring to see if you have any burned wires!

The tech sheet for this will be located in the kick plate area in the grill. I will tell you however, that this is a very common problem on this model and the issue is in the main board 99.9% of the time . The part number is wr55x10942. We have replaced hundreds of these boards for the exact same reason. Be sure to follow the instructions very carefully as some serial #’s require modification to pin 2 on the 9 pin connector .**This is clearly outlined on the instruction sheet that comes with the board.
