Hello, on this model the crushed/cube linkage is part of the ice bucket and comes complete as an assembly. The part # is 00677502. I found it available at searsparts.com, however should be available through your regional Bosch parts distributor

Hi. I have seen bad shocks on these units before. Faulty shocks are common on these units. When you push down on the basket and let go it should come back up and stop will little movement or bounce. If the tub bounces up and down the shocks are bad. Attached is the service manual. Check for error codes and run diagnostics.

Hi. It sounds like there may not be anything wrong with this one. I have attached the service manual for you. I would test your moisture sensor and thermistor/ t-stat. Make sure your air flow is good.

Hi. If the bleach is being flushed out and water is just left behind I would not be concerned with it. Make sure all of the dispenser ports are cleaned out. IF the bleach is not being flushed out you could have a valve or other issue. I have attached the service manual. It has a good flow chart for this issue. Start on page 23.

Hi. The lights will flash when buttons are pressed if the control lock is on. Make sure the control lock is not on. IF not, you could have an issue with the touch panel. I have attached the tech sheet for you.

Hi. check for proper power to the board. If you have proper power and not getting the unit to start or light up, you may have a faulty control. Attached is the service manual for this unit.

Hello
Are you going by the customer complaint? Does the unit have an ice maker? It sounds like it could be the water inlet valve cycling every hour and causing the buzzing noise. This unit has a 115 volt evaporator motor and would not cause this type of issue unless you have a evaporator fan blade out of balance . If it has an ice maker I would shut it off and see if it corrects the issue. If it does not have an ice maker replace the evaporator fan blade. Matt Ace technician

Hi. When the buzz occurs is the fan running or not? Make sure all of the grommets and seals are good on and around the fan. This buzz could just be a vibration noise. I have had the fans vibrate the evaporator cover and create noise. Press your hand on the evaporator cove and see if the noise changes or stops. There could be some food pressing up against the cover creating this. Make sure all the screws are installed into the cover. Also, there could be ice/ condensation build up on the fan blades causing this noise. If so, make sure doors are sealing and no warm air is entering the unit to create this condensation/ frost.

Hi. Even though you cleared all the ice out, the drain will still be frozen and have debris in it. You will need to run hot water down the drain under the evaporator. This will clear any debris and ice out of the drain. A turkey baster works well to flush water down this drain tube. You could leave the refrigerator unplugged with the doors open for 24 hours to fully defrost. Then flush water down the drain. This will make cleared the drain tube a lot easier. You can also take the back panel off of the unit to get get to the bottom of the drain tube to clear it out and make sure it is not pinched or disconnected. Looks like you unit already has a drain tube probe to help keep the drain heated. There are no parts to be replaced fort this issue. It is possible the defrost system is not working properly causing this issue, but not likely. I have attached the service on this unit for you. page 26 shows the drain tube probe. I have also attached a link to many of our videos for clogged drain tubes.

In reply to: DAMPER NOT OPENING

Hi. I have found a bulletin this issue with your unit. It says the damper needs to be replaced and part numbers are listed according to model. I have also attached the service manual on this unit for you. The issue could be your control board if not the damper. The service manual will advise on how to test to see what part is faulty.

In reply to: Element light stays

Hi. I could not locate a tech sheet on this unit. I have ran into this issue before. The indicator light typically gets its power from the the burner switch. It looks like there is an indicator light for each burner on this unit. If so, you will need to look at the burner switch for that indicator light that is staying on. The switch is most likely faulty. You could have a wire shorted somewhere, but not likely. The switch could be wired wrong as well or if any other switch was installed or wired incorrectly, it could cause the same issue.

The diverter turns based on the cycle it is in. The diverter is controlled by the ( ERC ) electronic board in the unit. The motor diverter position sensor tells the board the location of the diverter cam. The cam is keyed and will only go onto the shaft one way. Then the main sensor will set the diverter for the unit. Hope this helps Matt Ace technician

Hello
See videos for the (RF23) series Ice maker below. There is a test button to force harvest this ice maker in the side of the ice maker. You will need to push and hold it in for 3-5 seconds to harvest the ice maker. Matt Ace technician

Hello
According to tech sheet the sanitize led comes on when above 100 degrees Fahrenheit so if water temp coming in is 130 then it is still in normal range. Not sure what you mean by replacing taco ? IE customer original complaint/ error codes. Matt Ace technician
